My service advisor David Perla is always friendly with a big greeting, is helpful and knowledgeable. He is always busy and on top of things. And even followed up with me when I left the dealership! Armin was great but my truck was there for 1 1/2 days passed my appointment before it was even touched, my delaminating RamBoxes weren’t entirely fixed but that might be more because of Corporate’s fix o passed my appointment before it was even touched, my delaminating RamBoxes weren’t entirely fixed but that might be more because of Corporate’s fix of using double sided tape to hold the covers on and the truck had a scratch and ding that were not there when I dropped it off. My truck was there for almost 2 weeks but I did have a loaner. Armin did a follow up after I picked it up but I received no response when I gave him the news about my RamBoxes’ covers still being loose and the ding/scratch. More
