He knew what my budget was and he did all he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted which I thought was very fair. I also traded in my wife's Grand Cherokee and was able to get the same car at the same price I was paying for that lease. The whole experience was great everything to the sales and negotiation and also the time spent with Financing. I plan to return with my son in a few months when his lease comes due. More

UNPROFESSIONAL - WASTED MY TIME Set up an appointment online with someone named Adam to see two specific Dodge Durango R/T vehicles. Received a confirmation e-mail from someone named Set up an appointment online with someone named Adam to see two specific Dodge Durango R/T vehicles. Received a confirmation e-mail from someone named Jeanette B. from the internet department who said both vehicles were indeed available and ready for a test drive. Traveled 45 minutes for this appointment. When we got there and asked for Adam, there was an awkward pause and the girl behind the desk nodded to another gentleman who said, "Uh...I can help you. I work for Adam." So, I guess Adam was not there and more importantly, neither of the 2 vehicles were there. First, we were told the vehicles were off site at a storage lot and we could drive over there to see them. After a long wait we were told that they actually had no AWD Durango R/T models, whatsoever. They blamed the fact that their internet site is managed by a third party and the owner's wife was using another R/T they had as a loaner vehicle. Really guys? Sorry, but wasting 2 hours of my day because you can't keep tabs on which vehicles you have in stock is completely unacceptable Buyer beware. More

My lease is up today May 16 2018, and they have called me over 30 times in the My experience with Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership was awful. My lease is up today May 16 2018, and they have called me over 30 times in the last month as a reminder to tell me that my lease is up and to go over my options. I have told several different Representatives that my plan is to return the car once my lease is up and that I'm not looking to purchase another vehicle at this time. Each time I told a representative this their tone changed and they were rushing me off the phone. They all informed me I didn't need to make and appointment unless I'm looking to buy another vehicle. So when I called up there today to return my vehicle I was asked, "was I interested in purchasing a new vehicle today". Once I replied No, I was told that their is only one person named RJ that deals with Lease Returns. I then asked if I can return the vehicle today and come back tomorrow to fill out what ever paper work needed to done. I was told no without and explanation. I then asked to speak to the Manager. I was then told the Manager was off today as well. I then ask if I can speak with the general manager and was told NO. I then asked can I speak to someone else in regards to this matter. I was instructed by a gentlemen that I can call another Chrysler dealership and return it there. I asked him for the number to the Verona location and was told that I would have to Google it in a very unprofessional matter. I called the Verona location and was told that they would only take my vehicle if I purchase a car from them. This dealership only gives you good customer service if you are purchasing a car. If your not making a purchase that treat you like your bothering them. I will never make another purchase from this dealership or any Chrysler Dealership again in My Life. More
