Worst Customer Experience of my life Was having transmission problems on a Jeep we owned and took it here. Worst Customer Experience I ever had. I gather not all the Service Advisors t Was having transmission problems on a Jeep we owned and took it here. Worst Customer Experience I ever had. I gather not all the Service Advisors there could be as bad as the one I had. Couldn't be possible or don't see how the place could still be in business. We were treated rudely from the day the vehicle was brought in until we picked it up. What we were told would take about 4 days took 17 days. When we finally picked the car up there were mud prints inside the car, another advisor saw the condition and told us to bring the car back whenever we wanted to a full detailing at no charge. This all happened in December 2017. When we took the car for an oil change in Januiary he informed us that a bolt was missing on the transmission. We brought the Jeep back for the detailing and informed them about this missing bolt. They acknowledged it was missing and replaced it. Now the latest, we're in July and the transmission is leaking, appears to be from a seal. I've taken it to another dealer and have opened my second case with the Jeep Customer Care Service Center. I would never use this dealership for anything again. They are located on a major highway in NJ and all the bad concerns someone has about dealing with car dealers....well you can find them all here.
