Lousy service For starters, the phone service is horrible. Must have been disconnected 10 times --sometimes after long holds (15 minutes or so). You must make be transferred about 5 times to get to the right person. They don't do the repairs properly and give inaccurate information about having parts for recalls. The service advisers either don't know or don't care about responding to questions. My service adviser must have told me five times to make sure to give a perfect rating. Very obviously, nobody here cares a bit about the customer. Basic services are all overpriced; they cost much more than almost anywhere else. The waiting area is unpleasant. They don't follow up as promised regarding missing parts. More

We ran into a couple issues and reached out to multiple people, left voice mails, waited on hold, and still to this day can not get In touch with the correct people at the dealership. After the purchase we received automated calls from the dealerships owner and several others welcoming us to the “family” and if we had any issues to please not hesitate to call. This was a lie, this dealership is there to make sales and is not interested in customer service after the sale. Buyer beware!! I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would not recommend anyone else to. You will get the automated “personalized” calls from the owner and others it you will not get the service they promise once the papers are signed and the money is in their hands. Find another dealer that will take care of you and be there when you you have an issue after the sale. More
