Since my lease was from a Route 46 dealership I thought this one ( Rt 46 Jeep) would work on paying off last 4 months since that’s the offer I received from Rt 46 Nissan. RJ said yes, so I went in and this guy was just rolling last months into new contract. Lol Be straight up and honest man. Then he got his boss and talked to me, a 51 year old man, like I was a kid. His words, “What do you wanna do?” Professional. Anyways, I’ve always had great experiences w their part and service...but this is the 2nd time I’ve had a distasteful experience w sales. Btw, ended going back to Rt 46 Nissan and got into another car. More

BUYER BEWARE Let me tell you my experience. I had a least patriot with about a year to go I wound up at this dealership gathering information what was my best opti Let me tell you my experience. I had a least patriot with about a year to go I wound up at this dealership gathering information what was my best option as I was starting to go over my mileage. Elvin and Bill the manager We’re very persuasive and telling me that it would be best to trade that vehicle in and get a new one with no additional charges to me. They informed me they would send me the check to pay off my lease I thought this was odd as I’d never leased a vehicle before so I thought maybe this is the way it was done. The check came in the mail and was one month short I proceeded to call and leave messages for about three or four days when finally I received a callback from the manager explaining that the payment was short He said he needed to look over the contract and will get back to me approximately two days later he got back to me and agreed to send the additional months check which I sent to Chrysler. A few days later I received a bill in the mail for $1200 for Mileage overage and a disposition charge whatever that’s for. I also put down $2000 on the new lease. Again I proceeded to leave several messages and today I received a message back from #BAL the manager which stated that bill would be my responsibility this was never discussed when they were being so pleasant in the dealership to get me to purchase one of their vehicles if I had known that I would’ve just refinanced the jeep I had when the lease was up. I would also like to share my daughters experience with the Kia dealer in Denville Joe her sales person the manager the finance guy Could not have been more professional when helping my daughter choose a car as it was her first car that she purchased on her own. They explained everything to us show the showed her everything on the contract. We were so impressed my husband gave his 2000 Jeep away and went back to the Kia dealer and leased a sportage. This dealership has my business Moving forward. So again buyer beware I would not go to this dealership ever I would not recommend them and I imagine my honest review of them will not put them out of business. But hopefully I can save somebody from having the same experience that I had. More

Really good Everyone was really friendly. RJ did not let me leave till I was happy with the price. Had a few hiccups along the way but he checked un with me and Everyone was really friendly. I wish I could rate lower than one star Cauly agreed to sell an Audi S8 Plus for $79,991 to me in front of my sales person Gabriel Dominguez (Who was great throughout the process) while I wa Cauly agreed to sell an Audi S8 Plus for $79,991 to me in front of my sales person Gabriel Dominguez (Who was great throughout the process) while I was on the phone with him. I went to my Credit Union to secure the funds and when I called back (Same day) the sales person told me that he had sold the car for 5k more than what we had agreed upon. Cauly did not ask me for a deposit otherwise I would have given one. I also tried to connect with Cauly but he had conveniently "gone home for the day" I also tried to reach out to another Sales Manager (Adam Solomon) who coldly just rattled off what the legalese were in the state of New Jersey and then hung up on me. Regardless of whatever laws exist to protect a dealership or consumers in transactions, if you cannot take people at their word there is a serious breakdown in an organization and culture. It will only be a matter of time before this catches up to them in the short and long term. I choose to have compassion for Cauly and the people that have to work in that environment. I can only imagine the pain and suffering that they must be going through internally to allow that to happen in their business. Needless to say I would stay away from doing business with the Route 46 group until they can up level their business ethics and practices. More
