I've driven Civics and Accords for the last 20 years, and have dealt with the same dealership and salesperson for the majority of those 20 years, so leaving was a big deal. My husband and I walked into Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge on a whim, and were promptly greeted by Gabriel Dominguez. His zero-pressure approach made the entire process that much easier, and he was very patient as we looked at, and test drove, several different models of cars. Most car dealers will press you on a car that you test drive, but Gabriel clearly understood our situation, and accommodated us every step of the way. Once we decided that the Compass was the best fit for my needs, and that I was ready to part ways with Honda, the actual leasing process was surprisingly effortless. Gabriel took a look at the particulars of the lease with Honda, and came right over the top with a much better deal than I would have gotten had I stayed with Honda. To sweeten the deal, he even covered the last payment of the then-current lease. I highly recommend not only Rt. 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge, but specifically Gabriel Dominguez, as he represents the company with nothing less than integrity and professionalism. Thank you very much! I had done all my research on the value of both my vehicle and the new one. I made an appointment with Mike the sales manager and was told to ask for him when I got there. When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment. A salesman, Amir Haidi approached the desk and offered to work with me. We sat down at his cubicle and began to discuss numbers on the new Grand Cherokee i wanted to buy. He had my vehicle appraised and we continued to negotiate. The value came in laughably low and I negotiated for them to give me more on my trade. Then we negotiated on the price of the new vehicle. From the very beginning of our conversation, Amir was condescending and dismissive. He treated me as though I was an ignorant first-time buyer and tried to steamroll me. He pegged me as a young inexperienced buyer without any knowledge of the business. He couldn’t be more wrong. After negotiating for a while, he called his boss, the sales manager, Mike Markoski, over to talk with me. Mike pulled up a screen showing what my monthly payment would be and we continued negotiating. At that point, Amir chimed in and said that all I needed was a ski mask because I was trying to rob them. I refused to be called a thief, so I got up and left. On my way out, Amir sang “Na Na Na Na Hey Hey Goodbye” at me in front of a sales floor of people. His manager sat there and watched. I was disrespected but most of all embarrassed. No customer should be treated this way. Car sales are a give and take, and apparently Amir was more inclined to ridicule a customer than strike a deal. I called the general manager upon leaving and left a voicemail for him telling him about the situation. It’s been more than 24hrs and I still haven’t received the courtesy of a call back. You know what they say, a fish stinks from the head down. A cursory search of Google for “Amir Haidi” will tell you everything you need to know about the type of employees that Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram seeks to hire. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership if it was the last one in America. They are disrespectful, arrogant, and dishonest. Avoid them like the plague, unless you enjoy being treated horribly. More

Horrible Customer Service and experience Car GREAT! Salesman WONDERFUL! Customer Service and experience ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Frank Esposito Dealership’s are NOT a place I’d ever recommend no Car GREAT! Salesman WONDERFUL! Customer Service and experience ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Frank Esposito Dealership’s are NOT a place I’d ever recommend nor shop again. On the week of July 15, 2019 I gave $47,288 CASH for a 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee at Frank Esposito’s Edison Nissan dealer and Route 46 Chrysler. Notice I said cash 💰. Why am I still financing $27K for a Jeep that was sold to me for $48k when I gave the Frank Esposito’s dealerships $49k cash? Here’s my experience. I responded to a pre-approval letter sent to me from Edison Nissan. I went into the dealership and purchased a 2019 used all black Grand Jeep Cherokee Altitude with 1548 miles on it for $38,750. My sales experience was just OK.. I saw a little drama with the staff that made me almost walk away from the dealership completely but the sales manger pursued me to stay. He offered me a decent price for the “used” Jeep (which in my eyes wasn’t really used because it only had 1548 miles on it). Ok so fast forward we get to the the monthly payment part of the deal/conversation, I told the sales MANAGER that I really didn’t want to finance because I don’t want payments so I’ll just buy the car. He expressed to me that it is better for the dealership if I finance for a couple of months because that how they keep the partnerships with the banks. Ok whatever, I can do him a solid so I gave him a deposit of $19,788 and drive my Jeep home around 9PM Monday July 15th. HERE IS WHERE THE PROBLEM BEGINS....ISSUE #1 On Wednesday July 17th in the afternoon around 3:00PM I’m driving my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee (1548 mileage) I get to an intersection, I stop, preparing to turn right, then I proceed to make the right and the car stalled. YUP STALLED. A truck was coming behind me on the road I turned on and my car stalled...wouldn’t / couldn’t accelerate. The truck started honking at me and of course I’m getting nervous. Fortunately I was able to coast over to the side of the road to safety. I had to power down the car and restart it to get going. ISSUE #2 at 7:30PM Wednesday night July 17th (same day) in the processes of parking my car it completely LOCKS up on me. I’m try to position myself in a parking space and it locks. I can’t reverse nor move forward. I power down and turn back on same thing...not moving. So I leave the my car as is in the spot and go take care of my business and come back two hours later. When I get back I start the car and now ISSUE #3 my screen is completely black. I can’t see the the time, the Apps, the touch screen buttons...nothing. I power down and restart then I get a screen with an error msg. So the very next day Thursday July 18th I call Edison Nissan. The sales manger tells me to bring it in. I do and I also call the FCA recall center and create case. So when I get to Edison Nissan they recommend I take it to a Jeep dealer to have it checked out. I decide it is better that I take it to the dealer the Edison Nissan sales manger said he got the Jeep from, Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealer (which Frank Esposito’s other dealership). On Friday July 19th 2019 I walk into Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge and I get an AWESOME salesman and sales manager. I explain my situation and I decide NOT to service a new car but to get another one. I did not want the potential HASSLE OF DIAGNOSING A NEW 2019 Jeep with 1548 miles on it. Remember I JUST GAVE THE DEALER $19,788 cash for the car. So the sales guy and I identify a new car, better model and I get ready to buy it. I’m told my car trade-in that I just bought 4 days prior depreciated 10k and I had to eat it. They come down on the price of the new car $2k and don’t charge me “tax” per se. So the new Jeep I want is $48,000 plus the $8,000 balance of the trade in. I made the only LOGICAL decision I think there is to make and I take the deal. I DO NOT WANT A DEFECTIVE CAR BACK. So I write a check for $29,500 and drive away with my car. $49,288 spent, bought a $48k and still financing $27K. I want my $19,788 refunded back. Would you? More
