Horrible Customer Service Let me start by saying that this is the third car that I have leased from this auto group. First I leased a Nissan Rouge in 2013, then a Jeep in 2016 Let me start by saying that this is the third car that I have leased from this auto group. First I leased a Nissan Rouge in 2013, then a Jeep in 2016 and now a new jeep in September 2019. The first two experiences were wonderful. This one started the same. The salesman and sales manager worked to get me to the price that I wanted for the car that I wanted. However, service since then has been HORRIBLE and lacking in complete honesty. Before leaving the lot, there were scratches noticed on the hood and the rear passenger door was not aligned correctly, showing that the car was not clearly inspected by them first. I was told to make an appointment for service and they would fix it. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment and then my car was in the shop for over a week. I was told when I was signing the new lease that they would take care of all of the final costs for the previously leased jeep. I received a check from them for $651.33, which was to cover my final payment as well as over mileage. In November I received a bill from my previous lease company for $1049. This included a $395 lease termination fee. Never once in the four hours spent at the dealership did anyone mention that there would be additional fees that I would be responsible for on my previous lease. All I was told was all final costs would be handled. When I reached out to Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge I was asked to send them a copy of my bill. I did and received an email saying that there was no error made on their part. I called my salesman on Monday November 18 and discussed the fact that there was NEVER a mention of additional costs that I would have to pay. Seeing as this dealership set me up with the lease they should have been aware and informed me. I stated simply that this is terrible customer service and very misleading. As a customer, I do not appreciate this and will take this into consideration when this lease is up and I am looking for a new car. I was told a note would be left for the manager to return my call. By Saturday 11/23 I had not received a call back. So I called, waited on hold for 5 minutes and then was told that I would receive a call back that day. This was at 3:30 and the dealership closes at 8. By 7:30 still no call, so I called back one last time and requested to simply wait on hold this time instead of waiting until Monday. I waited on hold for a total of 45 minutes and 12 seconds; they hung up on me. Sadly, this experience and absolutely terrible customer service has encouraged me to take my business elsewhere and I would recommend that others do the same. More

Bill the sales manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He has no customer service skills what so ever he actually even threatened to fight me because I was pointing out how he was ripping of my nephew. They advertised the car on the website as a certified preowned vehicle for $27,999.00 and then they charged him $2000.00 for the CPO which was not stated in the advertisement. When I pointed that out Bill the service manager got really irate and said that this has nothing to do with me mind you I was looking out for my nephew who they ripped off the day before by charging him the CPO twice which I believe should not even have been charged at all. Buyer beware when going to this dealer and check all of your paperwork 3 times before you sign anything. They got my nephew because he did not speak English well and just had him sign a bunch of paperwork he did not understand. Once again if possible avoid this dealer if you value your money and your worth as a human being as this place does not treat customers with respect!!! More

They said No, no, no, you have to pay if you want your air bag fixed. i spoke the manager at the service department. He said i can't do anything, All they want is money... They lost a sale! Went to this dealership to buy a car. Sales guy was very nice. Since I wasn't understanding the math, he brought over his sales manager. Window etching, trying to charge tax on MSRP, not negotiated price, etc. He was very unpleasant to deal with. So, I left, and bought the SAME car from another dealership that treated me respectfully. Their loss. Buyer beware. As they say, 'the devil is in the details' ... make sure to review the numbers before you sign, and if you have any questions, be prepared to get berated. More
Buyer Beware! I purchased my first 2018 used jeep wrangler. It was the only vehicle that caught my eye after driving a much smaller vehicle so I decided to go for I purchased my first 2018 used jeep wrangler. It was the only vehicle that caught my eye after driving a much smaller vehicle so I decided to go for it! First beware, if you get a used vehicle from them. You will need to thoroughly check the vehicle inside, outside and underneath after the test drive and before you pick the vehicle up from the lot. A maintenance coworker pointed out to me that underneath the wrangler was a lot of dirt/sand as if it had been on a beach or trail or something. Also, he found a dent on the back bumper as if it had been hit from behind! The dealership had possession of the vehicle prior to me taking ownership. I don't understand why the vehicle was not properly prepared for delivery and why I was not informed about the dent. They gave me a Carfax report which read clear/no problems and had me sign a paper saying that their not responsible if the Carfax report was incorrect. It is obvious that they did not report the bumper damage to Carfax! Yes, I understand that it is a used vehicle so it will not be pristine but full disclosure would be nice! Also, there was a discrepancy with the mileage reported on Carfax (2,106) versus what was on the paper that was signed with 25 miles. When I pointed this out, I was told that it was practically a new vehicle so this is just a formality. In addition, they allowed me to leave with an engine light on and told me that it should clear up after you drive it a while. Seriously! I had to go into work but on my lunch I drove back to the dealership because it was just wrong to deliver a vehicle with a potential problem which could only be fixed by the dealership! More
