Quite possibly the worst salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I decided against buying a car from his Jeep dealership on RT 46 because of Gabriel’s poor salesmanship. This gentleman constantly spoke over us, would not let us speak without interrupting and was extremely rude and off putting. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from him or his dealership. More
Angelo was a life saver! This dealership has a great vibe once you walk in the store. I had bad experiences in 2 other dealerships that almost made me not get any car anymore. Angelo helped me get the car I’ once you walk in the store. I had bad experiences in 2 other dealerships that almost made me not get any car anymore. Angelo helped me get the car I’ve been dreaming of! Thank you Angelo and everyone who helped me at Route 46! I would recommend any new buyer first timer to go to Route 46 and ask for Angelo you won’t regret it! More
Classic bait and switch. Went to see an advertised used Jeep Wrangler with low miles and was told the day before was in stock. Went the very next day and was told the vehicle was sold but of course they c Jeep Wrangler with low miles and was told the day before was in stock. Went the very next day and was told the vehicle was sold but of course they could show me other (higher priced) inventory. No excuse for this, I made an appointment to see the vehicle and they never called me to tell me the vehicle was (yeah right) sold the evening before. And of course the link to the advertised vehicle is still up at the time of this writing! More
Being a first time car shopper you hear all these horror stories about dealerships being pushy and not helpful or spending your entire day there, but my experience was the complete opposite. I went in with stories about dealerships being pushy and not helpful or spending your entire day there, but my experience was the complete opposite. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and they didn’t convince me to anything higher and appreciated my budget all while helping me walk our with a car I was comfortable with. Every single person I’ve encountered today had a smile on their face and helped me remain positive through the whole process. Couldn’t thank them enough! More
Anytime I have a friend or family member that needs a new vehicle I send them to Andy, by far the hardest working person there, personality is great and happy we turned a business relationship into a friends vehicle I send them to Andy, by far the hardest working person there, personality is great and happy we turned a business relationship into a friendship More
The lease was up and I got nervous about buying another vehicle especially with the current climate, Angelo at route 46 gave the best deal and it was something you can’t turn down, great safe experience vehicle especially with the current climate, Angelo at route 46 gave the best deal and it was something you can’t turn down, great safe experience More
This place is a disgrace! Agreed to their advertised price for a 2018 CPO Wrangler. When the purchase contract came, they had added another $1,995 for the certification. I ask Agreed to their advertised price for a 2018 CPO Wrangler. When the purchase contract came, they had added another $1,995 for the certification. I asked Sterling why and his response was, "Internet sale price is for the cost of the vehicle only. The 7 year 100k mile factory CPO is $1,995." Don't know how you can advertise a car as a certified pre-owned vehicle for a specific price, agree to sell it for that price and then try to gouge the customer for another $1,995 and think that's ok. Save yourself some time and trouble and go elsewhere. Ethics and transparency are not some of their strong points. More
I purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Beyer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Wednesday 5/16/2020 at or around 2:30pm. I immediately drove the new vehicle to Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's Service Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Wednesday 5/16/2020 at or around 2:30pm. I immediately drove the new vehicle to Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's Service Department. I arrived the same day at or around 3pm. I drove the new Jeep less than 10 miles. I was having the Service Dept at Rt 46 Jeep install a Mopar Life, Steering Stabilizer as well mount and balance 5 new tires on my existing OEM wheels. They worked on the Jeep Thursday and Friday. I was contacted on Saturday stating my new Jeep would be ready for pickup at 3pm. At 1:30pm that same day I received another call from the Service Department stating my new Jeep had been in an accident. The Service personnel that was working on my car took it for a test drive and crashed it into a Car loading truck outside of the dealership. The Service Manager informed me that the front axle was cracked but would not know the full extent of the damage until they got it on the lift. I tried to contact the Owner on Monday and Tuesday but have yet to receive a response. I was told by the Sales Department that the best they could do is for me to trade the car in for 2/3 the cost or 36k toward a new vehicle which would increase my monthly payment. I paid 51k(minus incentives and trade in) for this Jeep and when asked why the depreciation they said because it had been in an accident. Yes, the very accident the Dealership caused. My compliant is I've owned this vehicle for less than an hour and only drove it from the Sales department of one dealership to the service department of another. A less than 10-mile trip. Only to be the victim of this current situation. The dealership would like for me to trade it in at a depreciated price toward a new Jeep on their lot. Or, have their insurance company pay for the cost of the repairs. The vehicle would now have a VIN that has an accident reported on it with damage. The extent of the damage they claim won't be known as they would not report it to Carfax which seems unethical. More
Darren Katz was awesome, he took his time and made the deal happen. Courteous, friendly. Professional, an overall great guy. Did not take no for an answer he certainly made it happen. Stay far away from these people. Kept getting calls from them and asked it to stop so the salesman cursed me off. Mike Markoski the manager then called me back and tried defending his employee. He is anothe them and asked it to stop so the salesman cursed me off. Mike Markoski the manager then called me back and tried defending his employee. He is another loose cannon and got mean fast. Don't waste your time when you get a reply on here from Jamie. She is just one angry lady who will just laugh at you. This dealership is bad to say the least. More
