I had a horrible experience with this dealership 11/7/2020. I traveled almost 3 hours to look at a 2015 Jeep Overland. I loved the Jeep and Ed Harney was a wonderful sales guy that told me everythin 11/7/2020. I traveled almost 3 hours to look at a 2015 Jeep Overland. I loved the Jeep and Ed Harney was a wonderful sales guy that told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle and after the test drive I know immediately that I'm probably driving this Jeep home with me. I can't say one thing bad about Ed and will add you probably wouldn't ever find a better sales guy but after he turned me over to Darren the gentleman in charge of get the financing figured out for me things went bad very quickly. Darren is a very irresponsible guy that lies and tried to screw me over and I'm in disbelief that a dealership would hire anyone close to how he does business. The advertised price of the 2015 Jeep Overland was $22,600 which I could easily afford even with my bad credit because I had a large amount of money for the down payment but without even telling me he added $8,500 to the cost of the Jeep and was having trouble getting any banks to approve my loan because instead of the $22,600 advertised price the price of the Jeep was now $31,100 which is a lot more then I can afford right now. He lied right to my face and said with all the taxes and fees the Jeep is a $35,000 vehicle. After confronting him about the advertised price he again lied and said that that was a typo and in fact this vehicle price is correct with the $8,500 added to the price. He said he actually was the previous owner of the Jeep which I'm guessing is a lie to. This guy is nothing but a crook that was out to steal my money and would look much better in jail then sitting in that dealership trying to take money from people. After I kept firing questions at him he finally talked to his manager and came back and said they would sell the Jeep at the advertised price but cash only which again put me out of the market because I didn't have have quite enough of cash to pay in full plus I wanted to finance some of it to get good credit back. I am still feeling very devastated after wasting a whole day to travel this far and have my day totally ruined by Darren. He is a nothing but a jerk that treated me awful and owes me a big apology which I never got. The Jeep was exactly what I'm looking for but here I am back at home in disbelief in how I was treated and still has no vehicle. Please be warned everyone before making a trip to this dealership. If you hear the name Darren please run as fast as you can. I would recommend Ed the sales guy to anyone. He is the very best! Thanks Ed for the couple hours you spent with my wife and I. I really was impressed with your honesty and your knowledge on Jeeps! If Darren was an honest guy the Jeep would be sitting in my driveway right now but instead he chose to lie and screw me over and not make a sale. More

Ed Harney is an amazing sales consultant! I went in yesterday ready to get out of my 2016 Jeep Patriot after 4+ years, and I had my eye on a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Not only was he extremely kind, but yesterday ready to get out of my 2016 Jeep Patriot after 4+ years, and I had my eye on a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Not only was he extremely kind, but he also worked for me as a customer. When it came to the trade he pushed FOR me to get the most out of it and gave me an amazing deal way below what I was expecting in monthly payments. I used to work with Ed when I was in the internet department, and I always knew my customers were in great hands with him. Now, as a customer, I know why! I will be sending my family to Ed Harney from here on out! More

Zero service after the sale!! EVEN FROM THE GM CAULY CHALK!! BEWARE! My wife got a car 3 MONTHS AGO and THEY JUST GOT IN HER REGISTRATION. Don’t go or waste your time here! They have hidden prices and won’t sell you the car you are looking for instead they bate and switch you and sell you what they want to get rid off their lot. Horrible customer service! Definitely regretting giving business to this dealership! Started by calling in for a Dodge Charger 2020 posted on a special promotion, they said they had it still On stock to c business to this dealership! I was inside with my wife and my 6 year old daughter walking around no one offer any type of help , no one on front counter a group of guys talking next to the counter I’m guessing all sales agents . After about 5 to 10 min a agent called Elvin asked if I needed help , I told him what I was looking for and so on , he did not show any interest on assisting, kinda look he just wanted to brush me off . Until I said I’ll leave a deposit to order the one on special , then he started getting my information and so on . Definitely no courtesy towards me or my family , I don’t understand how he had those trophy of best seller . After all small talking he said he would put a rush order due to I left a down payment and all paperwork was almost done . He said the vehicle would be there within 3 days . LIES . When I tried to contact him , I had no response and forget about getting in contact with the number he gave to his direct line . I even txt and no answer after few days he txt back , vehicle will be there by a week or so , the next day he txt me “your car is here “ . Completely worst communication to customers . I wouldn’t care if he would of said it’s going to take couple of weeks or at least response my call or txt , but no decency Responding . After I showed up he gave me the keys and just to take it for a drive , so I did , regardless wasn’t the type of seat I stressed about . I was completely clear we didn’t want clothes seat and he said wouldn’t be clothe that will be leather with suede as another 2019 charger they had on the sales floor . He or no one gave me a walk through the car or the specifications , absolutely nothing no info about it , regardless of that my fam was with me not even water was offer to my wife or daughter , I wasn’t expecting a buffet but yet if we going to be there for hours getting all together at least acknowledge kids . Later I got called by financial advisor Frank . Which we was well spoken and knew how to explain about my personal credit but yet never told me about this fees : documentation service $549 window etch I don’t even know what it’s that $299 service contract $1,976 premier maintenance $984 ! It’s crazy how I didn’t ask to see all these before signing , he did gave me a monthly number and to sign that document without all this details , that’s a SCAM ! Felt cheated , regardless of that I was already home and too tired and with definitely a bad taste from that dealer . Also was missing to install the brake petal cover which Elvin said I’ll get it fixed, I’ll meet you in service , I went to service and do you thing he was there of course not , people there saw me and ask what do I need , I told them 4 different people and they kept saying someone will help you .. until finally one guy said I’ll do it , it’s 5 min I don’t know why no one wanted to help me . Now I’m having issues with the bank , I traded my 2015 charger and the bank didn’t get paid yet , I was worry about my credit get hurt I tried to contact Frank , he was on vacation, on his vm left someone else In charge for him which k left a vm , he did responded 2 days after early morning but with a horrible attitude, any conversation start with a good morning, how are you at least , he said like you left a voice mail in regards what .. and I kept saying “how are you ? Until I get a profesional response , after that I explained my worries , definitely no sympathy, he only said , did you sign a contract ? I said yes , he said that’s it , you signed a legal contract that’s it , it’s not my worries , and I said again but I don’t want my credit to get hurt when will it be paid , he kept saying you signed a legal contract that’s it . I went it ready to buy but oopps they didnt have the keys, or they sold it, or they never got the car. But for some reason is in the small inventory of deals i got on my email today!. So either they are choosing not to sale the car to me because they prefer someone with ñess credit and that doesnt ask them that many question OR they need to get it together. Either way the reason they are the number 1 dealer is because they screw people the most. Are there any legal consequences to showing a car you "dont have in stock?" More
