If I could leave 0 stars, I would. After communicating with the sales team the night before and confirming that a specific vehicle was in stock, I told them that my wife would be coming in to test drive t with the sales team the night before and confirming that a specific vehicle was in stock, I told them that my wife would be coming in to test drive the vehicle the next morning. She arrived and was told that the vehicle was on a different lot and would be there in 20 minutes. After an hour of waiting around in the showroom surrounded by multiple employees who were seemingly incapable of wearing a face mask correctly, she was then told that “someone” was on the way. By the sales manager’s body language, it was readily apparent that this was a lie. So, instead of doing their job and having a base-model vehicle ready for a customer, they missed out on a special order worth far far more. Poor performance and customer service all around. More

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Nick was pleasant, respectful, and super helpful thought out the process, as well as his sales manager Mike. My mom and I came in a little before 3 and did not leave until around 7. Nick made sure were comfortable the entire time we were there. We test drove two cars; he listened to our concerns and found vehicles that fit my needs. With the help of Mike, we were all able to come to an agreement where I was able to get what I needed at an appropriate price. The issues arose when handling the paper work with the finance manager, Sal. We sat for over a half an hour when we were told he'd be ready for us in 10 minutes. It was not until we got up and said something that, "he was ready" and we could go in his office. We were rushed through signing papers and all questions were ignored, shut down, and pushed aside. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork I realized that Sal had messed up my mom and I's information as I was co-owning the vehicle. When we went back on Monday to pick it up we asked that he change the errors he had made. He proceeded to blame the errors on us and our salesperson, pushing us out of his office because "those are his problems." Sal was rude, audacious, and quick frankly disgrace to the company. The way he treated us, had me ready to leave without the car, but once again Nick came to the rescue and helped us through. Nick did everything he could to put me on the roads in an affordable vehicle with a smile on my face. (I noticed the one key fob was dead, and he got it fixed before I left.) I am grateful for my experience purchasing a car with the Salesman Nick and his Sales manager Mike. As for Sal, that is the only reason why I gave this dealership only 2 stars. More

Terrible dealership. Have called about 20 times and everyone gives you the run around. My issue is still not solved almost 2 months later. I called to get an appointment to have work done to my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I expected to wait for my truck to be fixed. Absolutely, the worst dealership experience ever. I much rather have paid an extra 10k and went to the Jeep dealership in summit, NJ and have received much better service. First issue was my sales manager was too busy to walk me through the car upon me picking the car up. Second we found scratches on the side of the car and marks on the back seat. My salesman said it’s covered under the warranty and he will order another one and schedule a date to get it all fixed. 4 months later still waiting and service claims there was never a order out in. Please please if your looking for a Jeep DO NOT USE this dealership! More
