I waited 3hrs for an oil change and was not handled with any communication. I also had a tire patch here 3 months ago that started to leak last week which also was repatched which did not hold. The services department was unprepared for my vehicle. Even thou I had a schedule appointment. My vehicle had to stay for 2 days and still wasn't services properly.
