Service had poor connection. I had to physically go to the dealer because no one could tell me if my vehicle was ready after being there for 7 days and being told it should be do I had to physically go to the dealer because no one could tell me if my vehicle was ready after being there for 7 days and being told it should be done that day. I need the vehicle to commute to work and I made this clear but they insisted I wait for them to figure out what they did. I decided after waiting 3 hours to go there. When I got the vehicle back it was not handled with care the interior has marks from them working and trash left behind. The roof panels weren't on correctly either. I also never received paper work for the service and am.still awaiting a phone call about it. More

My husband traded in a 2019 car for a 2021 that was exchanged at my home & signed for at my home. We are in over a month with this car & they are refusing to provide us both paperwork & receipts for the transactions made with this car. They then lied about paying off the traded in vehicle which was never done, that then effected our credit & looked like we defaulted on the loan. We reached out to these ppl several times with being ignored, our broker who facilitated the deal has been ignored & so has the bank they claim will be the lien holder. Apparently there is no record that we have paid on this car. I urge you to stay out of dodge when it comes to this type of business & they need to be investigated and dealt with accordingly. BEWARE! CARS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS TYPE OF FRAUD TO BE GOING ON! More
