Avmin was an amazing service rep! White glove service. Five stars! The tech actually made a mistake and never fully tightened the drain plug resulting in oil leaking. I called Armin a White glove service. Five stars! The tech actually made a mistake and never fully tightened the drain plug resulting in oil leaking. I called Armin and he walked me through tightening the plug and asked me to bring the car in that day for a cleanup and fillup of oil. He easily handled a customer complaint that should’ve went to the manger. The guy is management material. More
