Armen was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car. He also did a nice job communicating back and forth with the insurance company to get the best possible outcome for my vehicle. My only complaint was the lack of loaner vehicles which had little to do with Armen but is a dealership issue. Other than that I was very pleased with the outcome of my mechanical issue. More
