Brought my 1996 dodge viper in for service, I had just bought the vehicle, it needed a decent amount of work done, or so they said, I was price conscious, so we went through each item an he said he would bought the vehicle, it needed a decent amount of work done, or so they said, I was price conscious, so we went through each item an he said he would reduce the price, when I went to pick the car up they were on a test drive and blew the clutch on the test drive. I had to pay for a new clutch and wait another 4 days. They had they car for three to four weeks, when I went to pick it up the mechanic had just finished putting the new clutch in and went for a test drive, he did not know i was there and I saw him speed out of the shop with my car. When I received the bill the prices were not what we agreed to. He said he would change it but left a page out of the bill on an item he said he was going to give to me for 900, he actually charged me 1100. Had problems with the work that they supposedly did after and the also dented my vehicle. Bad dealer misleading and horrible quality of work, they act friendly but they screw you. I could write for a lot longer but won't. More

I went to this dealership looking for a used wrangler, and I have a limited budget (who doesnt, right) and it can be very embarrassing coming off lease in a high line car to be looking at something just t and I have a limited budget (who doesnt, right) and it can be very embarrassing coming off lease in a high line car to be looking at something just to get to work in, since my credit isnt the greatest and I wont get approved for another lease. I was not looking forward to going car shopping, I was worried about getting screwed and I really dont want to get my credit run everywhere and have all the questions about how I'm coming off lease in a benz and i cant buy anything. when i got there i told them i wanted a wrangler. that's it. I wanted to buy a cheap wrangler, under $5000, please no questions. Mike couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. They didnt really have what I wanted in stock, but he took down all my information and said he'd call me if they got something. I thought, yeah right. But true to his word mike called me at least twice a week until he found a vehicle for me. that's a true salesman, who i'd recommend ANYONE to. plus the store is really nice, brand new, very clean, and they do have a TON of used cars, i was very specific on what I wanted and it only took a couple of weeks for them to get it. The overall service at this dealership is shocking. They will seem all friendly and helpful until they get you to sign a contract and after that the sales staff will never return your calls or assist you. will seem all friendly and helpful until they get you to sign a contract and after that the sales staff will never return your calls or assist you. They will also load the price with ridiculous "admin" fees and other charges that will end up adding over 20% to the original sticker price. If you query the charges, they will become defensive and avoid answering your questions. I would not recommend this dealership to any buyers (new or used). More
