I went in there to get a Wrangler but since it was a bit out of my price range I was looking for something a little more in my price range. I asked Marisol what the prices were on the cars I was interested out of my price range I was looking for something a little more in my price range. I asked Marisol what the prices were on the cars I was interested in. I found out after the fact that she had highballed me on every car I asked about. I realized this when I came home and checked their website on the Internet on my PC. I was trying to check while I was at the dealership but their mobile site will not allow it. I was desperate to get a new car so I didn't study the numbers that she threw at me with Hector, her boss. I called her the next day because I wanted to switch to a different car, she told me it might be too late, but that she'd call me back..of course she never did. I did the math, and they went over by $1,700 from kbb and since my credit is not very good, I accepted the 13.8% finance rate but after I did the math I'm paying about $80 a month more from what I should be paying! I've left 2 messages to their GM Frank Tackett and have gotten no calls back. They gouged me! People, please do your homework before you go there...they don't seem to care about new customers...I may not have good credit but that's no reason to treat me like a fool. With this contract I'll be paying $29,000 for a $15,000 car...and this was after I put down $1,500 in trade-in and $3,000 cash. There's no way I'd recommend anyone to this place. More

I'm writing this review based on my experiences with Tony Lancaster. I've gone through the car buying process plenty of times and he easily created the best experience I've had. I purchased my first Jeep W Lancaster. I've gone through the car buying process plenty of times and he easily created the best experience I've had. I purchased my first Jeep Wrangler from him in Dec '10 and that first experience was great. He lays down the price on exactly what you want so he eliminates the haggling that alot of people dread. He was also able to find me the exact truck I wanted even though I had a strict list of options. Unfortunately, during the begining of January I was in a car accident and my brand new Jeep was totalled. Tony worked under an even tighter time constraint to find me the exact truck I wanted, once again. I have, and will continue to refer people to Tony at Route 46. In the future if I decide to purchase another Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep I will give Tony a call without hesitation. -Chris More

Our salesman, Erik Mendez, was extremely professional. He gave us a complete tour of the facilty which was a first for us at any dealership we have brought a car from! After finding a vehicle in the color & options we wanted, we actually saw the same vehicle in a different color & with more options than our previous choice. Erik was able to get us that vehicle for the same monthly payment as our first choice, even with the additional options. We were so happy that we came to Route 46 for our vehicle & would defintly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More
