After having gone to numerous Dodge dealers (and even Chevrolet, Kia, Hyundai, and Ford dealers), we ended buying a vehicle from Route 46 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. Gabriel did not give us the run around and did not try any of the underhanded tricks we had just experienced from the dealers we had just visited. He is very up front and first tries to understand the customer's needs and preferences. He makes sure the buying experience is as painless as possible (and believe me, at other dealers it WAS like having your teeth pulled). He made sure to present the options for vehicles and worked to match what we were looking for. He also made sure to set expectations clearly so that there were no surprises when it came time to talk numbers. He worked with the sales manager and finance manager to make sure our negotiations were clear and met both our and the dealer's needs. If you need to buy a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep look up Gabriel at the Route 46 dealership in Little Falls. They have a good inventory of vehicles, have a pleasant environment to go through the research and purchasing process and will likely get you what you are looking for at a price that is acceptable leaving you feeling happy about the purchase of your new car. Peter was wonderful. We visited a dealership on Route 17 a few Saturdays ago. We sat with the salesman for at least 1 hour working on prices for a Jeep Liberty. My husband went to the Route 46 dealership a few Saturdays ago. We sat with the salesman for at least 1 hour working on prices for a Jeep Liberty. My husband went to the Route 46 dealership later in the day and Peter worked with him. My husband instantly liked Peter and felt we would do business with Route 46 over the other dealership. We did not shop around as we are too busy. We only had the other dealership pricing to go on. The one big difference between dealerships is that Peter followed up and called my husband and I. We were able to e mail each other and keep in touch that we. We were not easy customers to deal with as my husband is very busy with work and hard to get a hold of. Peter was a true professional and handled our transaction beautifully. We bought the Jeep for our 20 year old son. Im pretty sure his 18 year old sister will want something similar. If that is the case, you will see us again in the early part of the summer! More

I had gone into this dealership with intent to buy a new Jeep. The salesman was decent to work with. The problem I had was when it came to finance the Jeep, it was evident that those people were not out t Jeep. The salesman was decent to work with. I went to Rt 46 Jeep after having the worst experience imaginable with DeCozen in Verona (DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE UNKNOWLEDGABLE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE). From the moment I walked into the service dept here, I could tell they were on a much different level. Peter was a pleasure to work with, he called me back as he said he would on time every time, even at 6pm on a Friday night. They explained the problem with the Jeep (something DeCozen said clearly was not the problem), said it would be ready by Tuesday. Tuesday is here and we're ready to go. It was refreshing to work with a dealership where you don't feel like you are doing a deal with the devil once you leave. I highly recommend them for serious problems with your Jeep.
