There was a lot of back and forth and no one called me back. Wrong part was ordered. Took 3 months to resolve a recall. And my car smelled like cigarettes upon picking it up. Went here with a Durango I purchased elsewhere. I was nervous because dealers have a reputation ( I thought) of over charging, not friendly and wanting you to pay for things you don’t need! HOWEVER I was nervous because dealers have a reputation ( I thought) of over charging, not friendly and wanting you to pay for things you don’t need! HOWEVER, this is was not the case here.
