The Dealership had a special that quoted a specific price for a vehicle. The coupon listed a price that was $7000 off the MSRP and stated that it included everything but taxes registration and fees. We called to to make sure that they would be honoring the coupon and that everything stated on the coupon was true. Yes the salesman said the car is available for that price. NO there are no other fees. NO this is not the floor model and you can get any car you want. Yes you can leave the dealership with that car for that price no catch just come on in. A second call to the internet manager confirmed the same. When we arrived it turned out that the $7000 off was a "possible discount" that you could obtain if you qualified for all of the rebates that they had. He pointed out that this was stated on the coupon although when I read all the language on the coupon to him over the phone he never mentioned that this meant this was a theoretical discount. As it turned out we didn't qualify for any of the very specific rebates and it seemed highly unlikely that anyone would have qualified for enough to obtain a $7000 discount. In the end he tried to convince us that $7000 off was not such a big deal anyway since we were getting a fair price that would cause the dealership to lose money. Classic bait and switch. More

Tony was especially personable and professional, after we worked out a very fair deal he understood we had other things to do and did his best to move things along. I was referred to Gabriel Dominguez when looking for a new, used car. I went in and met with him and discussed my needs, what I was looking for and my price range. Mr. Dominguez looked at the cars that I had found on our website and I believe he was very honest and straight forward as to which was the better car and had more value for what I was looking to spend. I loved this car from the minute we went for a test drive. He discussed all of the specifics of the car and continued to make sure that this is what I was looking for and that I was comfortable in this car and at no time ever felt like I was being pushed into this specific car. He was extremely patient and made it clear that if I didn't like this one, we could look at others. I told him how much my budget would allow me to spend and when the financing was done, my new payment was within the exact range that I had given. While waiting for the finance paperwork to go through he explained to me thoroughly the maintenance plan, showed me around the dealership, the service department and introduced me to everyone along the way, who were all extremely nice and courteous. This one of the most modern, cleanest dealerships I have ever been in. From the time I walked through the door to the minute I drove away with my new car, was a pleasure. I have been in other dealerships where I have sat around for hours waiting to finalize the deal. This was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in a dealership and not only would I recommend Gabriel Dominguez as a salesman, but I would recommend the entire dealership to anyone I spoke with.
