I HAD A DODGE NEON FOR MANY YEARS AND IT WAS AN EXTREMELY RELIABLE COST EFFECIENT CAR. HOWEVER, A YEAR AGO I HAD A BABY BOY AND I NEEDED A LITTLE MORE ROOM, SO I OPTED TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE. I WENT TO THIS RELIABLE COST EFFECIENT CAR. HOWEVER, A YEAR AGO I HAD A BABY BOY AND I NEEDED A LITTLE MORE ROOM, SO I OPTED TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE. I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP (RT 46 CRYSLER JEEP DODGE) AND FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS GREETED WITH KIND DEAMEANOR AND GREAT ATTENTIVENESS. I ADVISED MR TAYLOR THAT WHILE I NEEDED/WANTED ANOTHER VEHICLE I WAS STILL A NEW MOM AND WAS ON A BUDGET. I LET HIM NO WHAT KIND OF CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR AS WELL AS THE PRICE RANGE. HE TOOK HIS TIME LOOKING FOR THE CAR THAT FIT BOTH CRITERIAS. I HAVE NOW HAD MY DODGE CALIBER FOR 6MOS AND I MUST SAY I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH IT NOT TO MENTION I HAVE GOTTEN QUITE A FEW COMPLIMENTS!! IM NOT SURE IF HE WILL EVER SEE THIS MESSAGE BUT I THANK YOU SIR FOR TAKING THE TIME (HOURS, LOL) TO ASSIST ME WITH NOT ONLY THE CARS BUT TO EXPLAIN TO ME IN DEPTH ABOUT MY INTEREST RATES. Customer Service - it seemed as though Marvin was one of 3 salesman really working the floor the 7 different times (over a span of 3 weeks I visited your showroom). He was very genuine and easy to relate to; not pushy - very tolerable. He remember my kids names and their interests. (A+) Quality of Work - As a salesman; he was very honest that he was getting to know the specific make and model of the car we were interested in. As I am unclear as to his tenure or type of training each salesman goes through prior to being released to the floor - he did everything he could to answer all our questions and if he was unsure he was honest and said he would need to look into it and the most important thing - he did! We visited 3 other dealerships in a 50 mile radius and we came back to this dealership because of Marvin. Could he use some slight polishing to get him to the next level, yes. Friendliness - As far as friendliness for Marvin A++. As for the floor, I am going to call it the bull pit; where everyone gathers - B. What was positive about the bull pit area is that if those that saw you waiting/hovering; they would ask you if you they could help you which was refreshing. Overall Experience - All things considered I would rate my experience a B+. As I am unclear on how you schedule or staff your floor team - I would recommend that you look at your historical traffic flow and see if you have the right folks based on roles and responsibilities and the right amount of folks working to move folks in and out- looks like some bottle necking when customers get to a certain point within the sales flow. Price - As we got our secured pricing through our relationship with USAA; I am not able to give feedback outside of the fact that you your respectfully honored the pricing given. More
I had a good experience. I only came in to look and drive the vehicle. Mike and his manager, Kenny, were very accommodating. Stay Away. Very rude and unethical! I was told one thing and after looking at thge contract I signed something completely different was put in there.They jack up the price of the car and add on all these fe and after looking at thge contract I signed something completely different was put in there.They jack up the price of the car and add on all these fees they don't tell you about. I wish I read the reviews first. I am stuck with a car for 84mths who does that it's unheard of well......Erick Hector and john carlo did this to me. I will never be able to sell the car it wont be worth anything. Thank You Route 46 for teaching me a $40,000 lesson for a 4 cyclinder car! More

DO NOT GO TO RT. 46 CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE AS THEIR POOR REPUTATION IS 1000% ON THE MARK!! THE POOR REVIEWS ARE VERY ACCURATE!! Let me start by saying I never write reviews (good or bad); however, this REPUTATION IS 1000% ON THE MARK!! THE POOR REVIEWS ARE VERY ACCURATE!! Let me start by saying I never write reviews (good or bad); however, this dealership's tactics made me invest the time to warn others. They are unprofessional, unethical, manipulative and a total waste of time. I researched and built a Jeep ConsumerReports.org and opted to use their "Guaranteed Savings Certificate" program. I was contacted by three dealers and this the one with the lowest price (about $2600 less than the others). I was contacted by this dealership to schedule an appointment for me to come in to their showroom. During the phone conversation, I confirmed the year, make, model, color, options and the Guaranteed Savings Price (which was about $6K below MSRP). The phone rep. confirmed all and scheduled me for an appointment to take place 3 hours later. About 1.5 hours prior to the appointment, this dealership contacted me to confirm my appointment. I arrived for my appointment and was introduced to a sales rep. to help me. He had no knowledge of the vehicle that I was interested in and was deliberately slow in all his actions. I sternly reiterated the particulars of the car and price. He kept tapping his keyboard to search for the car (kind of buying time). Then he walks away a couple of times. The last time he returns to tell me that they do not have the vehicle as it was sold. This is not plausible. When I complained to the "sales manager" about them wasting my time. They seemed to be disinterested and made absolutely no efforts to make things right by working out the deal for the car that I wanted and was more than happy to see me leave. I went to a different dealership that same day and had a great experiencing buying the car I wanted for the price that I wanted. More
