Service overall was great! Angelina who met me when checking in, reviewed all services being done was excellent! She constantly came to check up on me. The dealership lost a star because for my oil change, tire rotation and alignment I was there waiting 3 hours. And after driving off the lot I noticed something was off with the rosary hanging in my car. It seems that they may have accidentally broken it and tried to fix it. I almost didn’t notice but I did because they didn’t fix it correctly. The cross was no longer freely hanging as it is in a standard rosary. Although I appreciate the attempt to fix it, I would’ve appreciated having been told that it had been broken because of the sentimental value behind it. My father who is currently deployed over seas gave me this rosary. So I was a little disappointed to see it had been broken. More

My jeep was in for an oil change and tire rotation for an 8:15a scheduled appointment. I was on time. When I asked the young woman in the service department if they also balance the tires during the rotati 8:15a scheduled appointment. I was on time. When I asked the young woman in the service department if they also balance the tires during the rotation she said no. I asked if I could add this to the service and she said yes. 2 hrs later the vehicle wasn’t ready. I asked how much longer? She said not much longer. She finally came out and said it was ready. I looked at the paper work and the tires weren’t balanced. She failed to relay this to the mechanic. I had to wait another 1 hour or so. The young gentleman who she was training came to me around 1p. I was there close to 5 hrs which was ridiculous! I wasn’t coming back to have this done. She offered me a 10% discount and I said I’m not paying for the tire balancing after waiting for several hours and that she failed to put the request in to have it done. Her supervisor okayed the pro bono service for the tire balancing. In the end, she needs to listen and write things down the customer requests instead of saying yes she’ll take care of it. I was so annoyed because I work and it took a half of days work from me that I don’t get paid for. More
