Horrendous! I went in to buy my lease, which was probably not my best move, but I wanted to look at new cars. I was working with Ray, and he tried to charge me 3 I went in to buy my lease, which was probably not my best move, but I wanted to look at new cars. I was working with Ray, and he tried to charge me 33k with add-ons like 'certifications,' for a car that wound up costing me 24k from the bank a week later. Obviously they took advantage of my gender. I will never go back! More
My Experience was less than stellar with my recent Service appointment. The Receptionist/front desk who took the initial request for the appointment was extremely rude and unprofessional. Upon my arrival, I was told to stay in my car until a service advisor was available.. after 10 min waiting in my sweltering vehicle was approached and asked what i was there for and if I had a copy of my warranty ( which luckily I did) only to be told, oh its already in the system. When I asked how long the service would take he stated 40 Min to 1Hour, Which was absolutely fine, I didnt expect an exact assumption. I was in for a slow leak/tire sensor, tire kept going flat. Mind you my service to simply Patch a tire took nearly 3hrs. NOT once did the service advisor come out to keep me posted. After 1hr I asked how they were doing.. he stated oh they found a nail and they will patch it, should be ready in the next 10-15 min.. great.. NOT!! another hour later, I went in and asked again what the ETA of my car was.. he said oh they are wrapping up and should be done in 5-10min.. Mind you I have a clear vision of my car on a lift missing the tire.. I simply asked the car is still on the lift and there is no tire on it. I dont mind waiting, however it would have been the right professional thing to do to keep the customer informed. We had work at 4pm.. I got there approx 115pm ( 15min prior to my appt) and did not leave the lot till 415! The level of service should set an establishment apart.. and this one fell short all around just Terrible service. PS.. 3days later.. still have issues with the Tire and I have the Tire Coverage that we paid extra for.. Unfortunately we will be keeping the car and this is the dealership it was purchased from and will reluctantly have to take it back.. next time I will drop it off! More

Angelina from the beginning to the end was right there making sure everything went smoothly with my oil change. He made sure I was out of the dealership on time so I can go to work.
