I was very pleased with the deal to purchase and trade my vehicle. No negotiation was necessary. I conducted the business from home starting at 10am and the new car was in my garage by 3pm. I never have an issue making a service appointment for any of my vehicles. I am kept informed of any "anomalies" that are found as the vehicle is being serviced, and service recommendations are offered at any of my vehicles.
