Salesperson was very good since I've only done business with him in the past. However, upon picking up my vehicle I found a blemish on the hood and immediately brought it to his attention, was told it will come out after washing. Two to three weeks later I get it washed and found that blemish along with multiple other ones throughout the vehicle looked as if they are rusting. I then brought the car back atleast 4 times and was more than compliant with their demands, as much as I didn't want to. Pictures were taken to send to chrysler and was denied any repairs (I didn't want my brand new vehicle to get painted and returned back to me). So then another visit was arranged for another body shop to look at it, which they got some of it out. I was then returned the vehicle with two new scratches on my vehicle. I personally ally do not feel it is fair toenough as a returning customer to be treated the way I have been, I think I should receive a replacement vehicle at this point. Throughout this process I've tried contacting the president/VP but only to get handed to the gm whome told me I would not get a painted car back. With the new scratches on the car the vehicle has to get painted and the spots on the vehicle (looks as if clear coat is bubbling) are present. Chrysler, the gm, and the service managers are all involved in this ordeal I am having and yet after being compliant still am paying for a vehicle I cannot enjoy. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THEIR #1 PRIORITY!!!! More
Terrible last 6 months. This place only cares about you when you are not yet their customer. Once they make you their customer they don't care about you at all. So far I was given a warranty that no one told me started 90 DAYS after purchasing the vehicle so I had to pay nearly $200 out of pocket TWICE now for something I was told was covered. Any time you go in with a problem no matter how nice you are they shrug you off and make you some one else's problem. For example before leaving for vacation almost two weeks ago my boyfriend and I took my car over. We asked if it was possible for me to leave my car with them to get a new tire (there was a bubble on it) and my sunroof fixed because it came out of alignment. They said "Absolutely!" I told them about my warranty, they looked it up and said I was completely covered. I also asked if I would be able to pick it up on Memorial Day when I came home considering I had work the next day. They said "No problem!" After a 14 hour drive home yesterday I walk in to the dealer ship to get told by the floor manager "Sorry. Not my problem." In front of a bunch of salesmen. I felt COMPLETELY embarrassed. Every one except one woman made me feel crazy, when I was told everything would be fine and to not worry. Then I was told if I want MY car back I have to pay them and they would refund me the money tomorrow. SURPRISE! Went in today for the refund and got "Sorry I never checked to see if you had the warranty, totally my fault, you'll get your money back in a week" Oh, so who is going to help me pay my bills this week Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge? I have yet to have ONE good experience there and with my family owning a company if employees EVER made a customer feel the way the sales manager made me feel last night they would get ripped apart but again.. customers don't actually matter to this place. More

A great buying experience overall Walked into Route 46 Chrysler Jeep and Dodge and was immediately greeted buy the receptionist, after a few minutes of giving information a salesman wa Walked into Route 46 Chrysler Jeep and Dodge and was immediately greeted buy the receptionist, after a few minutes of giving information a salesman walked up and helped us. I was driving cars in the lot maybe 20 min into being there. After looking at different models of cars my salesman Mike Solomon and I got down to brass tax. I told Mike what I wanted and my price point. Mike worked very hard to get me to that price point and to keep all the extras I wanted in my vehicle. After some back and forth negotiating which is to be expected, we came to a fair deal. Mike was very helpful and friendly during the whole process and made the whole car buying process friendly and easy. I would recommend Route 46 Chrysler Jeep and Dodge to anyone looking to buy a new car, they are friendly and willing to work with you to fit you into the right vehicle. More
Knowledgeable and friendly staff I had a fantastic experience with my sales person Edgar. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and didn't keep us in the showroom all day (which is what I had a fantastic experience with my sales person Edgar. Happy with Jeep Cherokee Lease, but customer service lacking Edgar was helpful and got us a Jeep Cherokee lease for the price wanted. The only downside was the waiting time to sign the lease deal. We had an appointment for 6:30 and waited for two and a half hours before we signed. We could have been given the heads up beforehand about the long wait.
