Terrible! One star only because I can't register "zero" stars. You must avoid this dealership at all costs! They are crooks in every sense of the word. First, their internet advertising is clearly false advertising. They will post a price that looks attractive and then in fine print you will see that their price includes a loyal customer $2,000 discount. Beyond that, they run a scam of negotiating with you and then at the time you're ready to sign on the dotted line, they throw in a $1,000 "transfer fee" and nearly $500 in other fees apart from the normal fees for getting the plates and registering your car. I confirmed at least 4 times by phone and in person that I would not accept any "transfer fee" at the time of the purchase. They still put in on the invoice. Crooks, everyone one of them. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and this was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. This dealership is the poster child for everything wrong with trying to purchase a vehicle. DO NOT GO THERE! More

One month later I find out I was lied to,my previous lease was never looked in to, took my car based on "good word" (which no business, NO BUSINESS, would ever do let alone a car dealership) and they just cut me a check for one payment. I come to find out I had FOUR payments left and this dealership is now refusing to pay saying (oh you just told us you had one, so we "believed" you) They chose to clean their hands of the situation and tell me I got a "good deal" on the new car. Worst dealership in the tri state. They will never see me or another dollar from me More
