Happy wife happy life I came into the dealership looking for a car for my wife as hers wasn't in the best shape and I wanted to surprise her for our anniversary. I was greeted by Bryan who was a great help in the whole process, the biggest thing for me was working within our budget as well as getting a car that my wife would love. The process went extremely smooth and He was able to get me into a Jeep Grand Cherokee that my wife always wanted for a great price. Seeing my wife's face after I surprised her with the car was definitely worth it,after giving her the car Bryan scheduled an appointment to have her come in so he can show her how to work all the bells and whistles that come with this great truck. That's what I look for in a salesperson he seemed to genuinely care about making sure we felt welcomed and comfortable with everything. More

Great & pleasant experience I've gotten 3 Nissans in the past from Route 46 Nissan, it was worth the drive from Staten Island which is where I was living at the time. Switched to Mercedes Benz for 4.5 years and now it was time for a Jeep, so I went back to 46. Had a great experience at Route 46 Jeep for a great price. I am currently now living on Long Island which is a hike, and it was worth it. More
Horrendous experience! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. They have owed us $8100 for nearly two months now and simply refuse to pay it (even I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. They have owed us $8100 for nearly two months now and simply refuse to pay it (even though we have a contractual agreement stating it is owed to use). We have been given the COMPLETE runaround and are in the process of taking legal action as a result of their not honoring their end of our legally binding lease agreement. Backstory: We got into a new lease on August 6th. My husband and I paid the necessary fees, signed all the necessary documents, agreed to the negotiated terms (one of which was the dealership would issue a check in the amount of $8100 for our current vehicle), and were told we would receive a call within 2 weeks to come and pick-up our new plates. We left the dealership that same evening, with the new vehicle, and under the impression it was a done deal. Therein lies Mistake #1: we made the assumption they had handled any of our deal properly. Over three weeks later, on August 30th, I received a notification that I had been approved for a new vehicle lease. Yep, over three weeks later, we received the formal confirmation that we were now beginning our new lease...that we thought we had already been in for nearly a month! I immediately called the dealership requesting clarification on all of this and was promptly told "we had some issues with the original bank we were working with and had to go with another one...don't worry, all the terms will remain the same and nothing has changed with your monthly payment". Again, I thought they knew what they were doing so I let it go and assumed all was well and we would be expecting our $8100 check in the next day or so. This would be where we made Mistake #2: believing anything they told us. Oh, and during this time, our temp plates expired and when I inquired on the whereabouts of our permanent plates, we were told "they should be in soon...if you get a pulled over/a ticket, don't worry, just bring it to us and we will pay it". To add insult to injury, we were given absolutely NO information on the lease holder, the account details, where to go/who to contact to make a payment, etc. I had to call Chrysler Capital directly (I had the bank name as it was included in the notification we received once it hit my credit report) and spend far too much time on trying to get this info as the dealership was utterly useless and could not have been less helpful. Every time I called the dealership, I was promised I would receive a call back and they never did. Now, here we are nearly TWO MONTHS later and we have still not received the $8100 check, we have made THREE car payments (two for our first vehicle...you know, the one that was supposed to have been paid off in full with the check that is still owed to us) and now the second payment on the newly-leased vehicle. They do not return calls, they don't have definitive answers on where our money is, and they continually direct us to other people rather than making any effort to get this resolved once and for all. All I can hope for at this point, is that our attorney has better luck at getting answers than we have for the last two months. The entire situation has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish and I wish we had never gone here to begin with. More
