I purchased a Nissan rouge 2013 on Oct 20, 2016 and I am completely satisfied with my sales person, Abigail Luna. Not only was she extremely genuine, but she was also very professional. I completely recommend asking for her at this dealership. She answered every question I had and was completely patient with me since this is the first car I ever bought and financed. The fact that she is bi lingual and spoke Spanish helped me explain the process and payment details to my parent. She found a way to make things work at my favor and I couldn’t have asked for much more than that. Thank you so much Ms. Luna. More

The WORST customer service EVER! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If you want to be lied to and treated like crap, you should definitely go there. Their slogan of 100% customer satisfaction is nothing but a marketing move. I leased my car there in August, I made a deal late at night and was told by sales man that I had to take the car the same night. The car had a small scratch on passenger side, so salesman assured me that it will be taken care of when I come back to have the car detailed at my earliest convenience. I called back the salesman a few days later to arrange for detailing the car. It took me 2 weeks to get in touch of the salesman and arrange for the detailing and scratch removal. I arranged to come in at night and wait for the work to be done. I waited for over 4 hours, even though the salesman told me that it would take about an hour. After waiting for 4 hours, my car was brought back to me with the scratch still there and NOT detailed. The floor mats were dirty dash board filthy, they just washed the exterior and put some tire shine on. I was mad to say the least. I told the salesman that this will not do, he told me that it was too late in the day to do anything and that I would have to come back during the week to have everything done right. I told him I couldn't - I work for a living and he would have to provide me with the loaner. We got a manager, and manager told me to call him back and arrange for a loaner and I agreed. Next day I called the manager and arranged for a loaner and to drop my car off at night and pick it up next day around 6. I came to the dealership at the arranged time to drop off my car - it took about 1 hour to do this - which is ridiculous. The next day I got a call from the dealership informing me that the car would not be ready that day, and that they will call me the next day to let me know when the car is ready - I agreed. The next day I got a call to come pick up my car. I arrived to the dealership around 6pm to pick up my car, I went to front desk and was told that my car is ready and it's in the back. I took the key and went to the back to get my car. I thought it was a bit strange that my car's windows were open, because it was raining that night, but I didn't think anything of it. There were still plastic coverings on the seats and paper on the floor mats. A service man was walking by, I don't recall his name (unfortunately), and told me that there should be no coverings on the seats and on the floor, and he offered to take them out for me. I thanked him, he took them out and I saw that the floor mats were dirty and untouched. I asked him how come the floors are dirty and that the car was supposed to be detailed. He told me that he didn't know anything about it and if I wanted to, I could go in the back and use the vacuums to clean the floors. I told him that I'm not going to do that - the car was there for 2 days and there was no reason for this not to be done, and I it was late and I did not have the time to do this. I got in the car and drove off. I closed the windows and was half way to my home and noticed a bad smell in my car. It was very strong and that was when I realized why the windows were open. Now, I brought the car in with a new car smell and picked it up with a horrible "BO" - at this point I am furious! I have not time right now to deal with this, so over the weekend I decided to investigate the smell. It seems someone sprayed something in the cargo area, where the spare tire is. The reason I know this, is because when I took out the fabric lining under the spare, the spare and the cover that goes on top of the spare tire - the car doesn't smell. I kept all of the content of the trunk outside for about 1 week, sprayed everything with Lysol spray, Fabreeze and finally the smell of xxx, for lack of better words is all gone and I can finally put everything back inside the car and not worry about the smell. I don't exactly understand what "you" mean by valued customer, or the slogan at the dealership means when it states that 100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed, but I am far from being satisfied or feel like a valued customer. Never in my life have I encountered such unprofessional treatment of their customers. My whole buying experience of Jeep have left a "very bad taste in my mouth", it almost makes me regret I purchased a Jeep. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! More
Best first time new car buying experience ever! I was in there to get my first brand new car. I sat down with John Sweeney, great guy to deal with. We went over everything from what I was looking for and what my options are as far as getting what I needed. I'm currently working on my credit as it isn't the best at the moment (thanks student loans), so I wasn't expecting to get into a SRT Challenger that's for sure. I was also not looking for anything special with all the bells and whistle either. John gave me vehicles to look at and then working on the numbers once I chose the car. I decided on the Grand Cherokee with as little bells and whistles possible. John took it a step further and we looked at multiple trim levels and possible options I can get for the price range I'm looking to stay at. We ended up on the 2016 Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition (which is beautiful with more options that I will ever need). John made sure that I got the best bang for my buck. All I had to work with was a down payment and hope. Majority of the wait that day was John working to get me the best rate so that my payments wouldn't be to the roof. Finally, the next thing I know, he hands me the keys and told me to play around with the bells and whistles on the car. Little did I know, while we were waiting, he had the car cleaned up for me to drive out of there. The confidence he had that I was gonna be driving it home was reassuring and made my first time car buying experience fantastic. I highly recommend coming here and speaking to John Sweeney and the rest of the crew. They will work with you and try to get you the best bang for your buck and into a great vehicle. More

They then advertise that price on third-party websites that do not have any sort of indication that this is not representative of the price they are charging. I brought the print-out from Kelley-Blue Book with me, handed it to the sales rep (Justin) who never mentioned the price increase despite knowing I was not trading in a car. When I asked his manager how they could justify their pricing tactics, I was told "if we could advertise it even lower and sell it higher, we would," as if that was some justification for their bait and switch tactics. All in all, they tried to get me to pay $25,800 for a car they had listed on their website at $18,800. I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp prior to traveling to NJ to see this car. The reviews on their website are obviously misrepresentative of their actual level of customer service. More
