Mini Van Purchase My overall experience was pretty good. I knew what I wanted to purchase and was ready to buy. I advised Maria that I was in a pretty big rush and needed to take care of most of the paperwork ahead of time. She did do this for me which was nice. I then waited for over an hour to meet with the finance guy to finalize my purchase, once I met with him everything was pretty quick. The only complaint I have is that I purchased a "certified" car but my tires seem bald and I continue to skid out whenever pulling out from a stop sign. I will address this issue when I pick up my license plates. Another note is, though I appreciate a thank you call, I have been called almost every other day from the dealership asking about how I feel about their service ... it's a little excessive. More
