H.O.R.R.E.N.D.O.U.S!! Absolutely horrendous customer service from the day I bought my Jeep. I bought my Jeep and had it special ordered. RJ told me that they would have the paperwork ready for me when I got there and would be there for about 1/2 hr. 4.5 hrs later, there I still sat. RJ was no where to be found, the messed up my paperwork, and a few weeks later I received a call regarding MVC. They messed up my registration and license plates completely. I have had nothing but issues with their service department. Two areas on my (less than one year old) Jeep have paint coming off. Rt 46 keeps saying they wont do anything about it. I have brought my car in for two oil changes since I bought the Jeep. The last time (Oct 4, 2016) I mentioned an issue with one of my windows. They took pictures and told me they would call me back to see if it was covered under warranty. On Oct 31st I finally called them back and they told me they had no record of my service! After days of digging and me calling back multiple times, they found my records. As I sit on hold with the dealership right now on November 18th I am still waiting for the parts and for someone to actually take initiative and follow up with these issues. If I can recommend one thing when you get to Rt 46....it would be to RUN!!!! More

Stay far away do not go to this dealership. I was recommend by a friend and it took almost 3 weeks for the paperwork to be signed. I took my jeep home on July 1 and do not go to this dealership. I was recommend by a friend and it took almost 3 weeks for the paperwork to be signed. I took my jeep home on July 1 and did not sign the paperwork for it until the 24th. They told me every week that they were "finalizing" the deal even after i had complained that the temporary plate was going to expire and the paperwork needed to be done. Then afterword it took a full month for the dealership to put in my registration and plates, which caused me to drive around with expired temps for well over a month. Finally the icing on the cake was they never paid the 1st payment on the jeep like they said they would in the contract which has caused me to be a month behind on my payments and charged a 10 dollar late fee every month. No one has called me back from the management office and they continue to give me the run around. Also i am over paying out the A$$. Oh i am a woman and every male in the dealership stares you down as you walk in like you're a piece of meat they can squeeze money out of. More

I found Route 46, I went out and got the pleasure of meeting the Beautiful Maria Grantham. Not only did she show me what I came to look at she gave me options. There were no surprises and they did everything they could to make sure we left Happy. This was my FIRST car purchase and it was as smooth as butter. Maria,her Manger Andy and the Financial Manager Juan, They are a dynamic team, and treated us like family , Not to mention the life time free oil changes on my JEEP , I will forever be customer to Route 46 CJD and will send everyone I can to see Maria.
