My salesperson was Denny, but I don't see his name in the below employee list. Denny was very professional and helpful. He was great to work with. There was a slight issue with the delivery date of my vehicle, which I understand was not the dealerships fault, however it was still inconvenient. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the process of trading in my Ford F-150 to the dealership. I understand that it was transferred to a Ford dealership in Clarke NJ, but the process has taken so long that Ford Credit contacted me telling me that the truck was still under my name, forcing me to make an additional payment on the truck, so as not to default and damage my credit. We are coming up on one month from the trade in and nobody can tell me where the truck is or when it will be taken out of my name. If this continues for another few weeks I will have to make a second payment for a truck I no longer own. This process may keep me from returning to Rt 46 if it continues to go unsolved. More

I went there for a simple oil change and filter change and came back home to a vehicle with service lights popping up and no working rear camera. I tow trailers on a daily basis and not having this functi and came back home to a vehicle with service lights popping up and no working rear camera. I tow trailers on a daily basis and not having this function makes doing my job very difficult and dangerous to others. I have been told that nothing can be done till next week! I have to wait a week to have an issue fixed that I did not have prior to entering the dealership. A simple service like this should not have this many issues attached to it! I want this to be noted as well that the service advisor I had the day of the appointment was great and super friendly. Now as for the cashier/service desk, they were not helpful and could not even transfer my call to a manager to talk about the issue. I am throughly disappointed by how this situation was handled.
