Purchased a new 2024 jeep back in the beginning of June. They made the sale part of it very easy… and then our temporary plates expired, they refused to issue a new one and kept delaying getting the real pl They made the sale part of it very easy… and then our temporary plates expired, they refused to issue a new one and kept delaying getting the real plates. Then they said they’d overnight me a new temporary plate after it was expired, they never did that and never returned my call. Finally got them after the car was technically unregistered for a week. They tried to say “the police are aware of a system issue and won’t give you a problem”… the police could care less about your clerical errors. I doubt route 46 would’ve covered the my tow and impound fees but they had the nerve to claim they would. Then they were supposed to cover the last payment on the car we turned in… they did not and we had to pay it. Okay… time to make right by it… so you’d think. Then they said they’d be issuing a check and mailing it to us. It should’ve been for almost $450. We received a check for $5. When you go in person to speak with someone, they tell you just enough to get you to leave. When you try to call to speak to someone, you get passed all over the place, eventually leave a voicemail and they NEVERRRR call you back (especially sales manager Dave). They seem to think their job ends when you drive off of the lot. This has been an almost two month process of them trying to make right by their screw up. They’re good at selling the car but customer service is a hot pile of garbage. More

Nobody could answer me a simple question regarding my car, the receptionist keep telling me OK we will call you back. We will call you back and nobody call back and I call every day. She put me on hold and then she come back. She said they are busy. They will call you in half an hour, I’ve been dealing with this dealer for five years , and I don’t want to come to the point to write a bad review, but I Don’t have a choice at this moment I don’t believe that a service advisor don’t have five minute to talk to a customer to answer his question. I brought my vehicle here for a simple oil change and tire rotation; on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. I made an appointment one week in advance. Checked the car in at 12:00 pm, spoke to the service advisor (M tire rotation; on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. I made an appointment one week in advance. Checked the car in at 12:00 pm, spoke to the service advisor (Moriah Santos) and waited in the customer waiting room. After waiting for two hours! the service advisor walked into the waiting area to informed me that my vehicle is "All most done". Waited another hour (now 3 Hours since they check me in for an Oil Change/Tire Rotation) when I decided to check with the advisor on the status of my car. She said the car is done, but its still in the shop. What?? I actually saw my car in the shop with the hood still open. Waited another 20-30 mins when they pulled my car out into the parking lot. I paid $215.00, walked to my car to see that the car had greasy palm prints on the hood, and driver's side door. They never reset the oil life indicator, and did not change the Next Service Due window tag. I walked back in, and informed the service advisor, when a worker came out and told me it was his only second day with the company and did not know how to reset the the indicator. This place has the worst car service I've ever been to. They lost a committed consumer, I will never purchase or use this dealership ever again! P.S. The computers (according to the advisor) was down and could not print me any documents related to the service performed. More

I've been there several times and it doesn't work. They keep blaming the DMV, but I've never seen the DMV take 2 months.!! In addition to having added a useless guarantee that I didn't want. (I called the warranty company and they granted it later) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. More

This is the least transparent dealership I have ever encountered, I asked 3 people (internet sales, sales, finance) before going in if they had any extra fees after tax/dmv beyond doc fee and was told all by 3 no. When I was about to sign the deal I noticed the math on the deal was not adding up, after a bunch of back and forth with the finance guy I got the most convoluted explanation of over $3000 in fees to 'certify' the car so I could buy it... he barley could admit it was a fee, tried to say it was part of the price. Very shady. Just be honest about fees!!! hiding them, lying about them and insulting the customer is not the way to go More

I bought a vehicle that I should have never taken off the lot but did. Came back the next day to get my vehicle cleaned sat there for about 3 hours for nothing they did the wrong car. Had to bring the car back another day. Then I told them my usb and charging plugs were not working told me it would be a quick fix and I can still take the vehichle home and said I need to make a seperate appointment for that between Monday - Friday 9 - 5 and it could take a couple days. Once again should have never taken the car off the lot. Then I have been calling now to speak with someone since OCT 2023 leaving voice mails and not one manager, sales person NO ONE has called me back. I have left messages, sent text messages. NOTHING. WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM More
