Signed on the car Monday, had $25k cash wired to the dealership by Thursday morning. Thursday and Friday, I reached out to the sales team multiple times in order to get confirmation that I could come to dealership by Thursday morning. Thursday and Friday, I reached out to the sales team multiple times in order to get confirmation that I could come to collect the car, as I needed it before the weekend, and was reassured that "once they received the wire," that I could come, give them one last signature, and drive off. I communicated as kindly as possible that it did not make sense that when I signed on Monday that I was told I could pick up the car the next day, yet now, it will take 6 business days and a weekend? I also communicated that my family had a roadtrip planned for Sunday, meaning that, I had to decide to leave without the car Sunday night or trust that it would be ready Monday morning. I was reassured that the car would be ready and the paperwork would take 15 minutes Monday morning. So, at 9 am I texted them that I was on my way, then arrived 30 minutes after they opened, and then waited around for 8 HOURS IN THE LOBBY. I was told that the paperwork had to "arrive in the mail" and then "be prepared." At 1 pm, they said "the paperwork came in the mail! But you're not first in line," and so I had to wait for my turn. Then I was told "the paperwork is ready, but now we're waiting on your insurance to get back to us," despite that the insurance process should have been completed the week prior? From 1-4 I contacted my insurance company, who said that Toyota Raynham kept sending them the incorrect documents. So I had to track down and corner my salesperson several times, who was too busy selling cars to other people to make me a priority. I literally had to corner her, give her the correct insurance email address, and then ask her to have the documents forwarded there. She said "I'll get right on that!" and walked straight back to her new sales prospects instead? By 3pm a manager in a blue shirt even noted to me that I had "been there a long time" but offered no help. At 3:30, my insurance confirmed that they had urgently prioritized my paperwork and that it had been sent back to the dealership over 30 minutes prior. I made my last signature at 4:10 and drove off. This experience was so incredibly messy and I just feel like I was lied to, taken advantage of, and kept in the dark in order to cover multiple departments' incompetence and terrible communication. I understand that mistakes happen, and not everything is one person's fault, but it pains me that the person who "sold me my car" that I chose online and intended to purchase before even arriving to the dealership made away with what was probably $2-4k in commission by overpromising, underdelivering, and being negligent and careless about the process as soon as they have your money. For this reason, I will never recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Scammers. A salesperson, Aiden Mckee-Gaffin, sold me a car in the afternoon and asked me to come pick it up the next day. I took a day off from work to go pick up the car and before I did they sold the car to someone else. The manager was quite upset with the salesperson's actions. The dealership's environment is your stereotypical one of deceptive, dishonest place. Avoid the dealership, and especially Aiden Mckee-Gaffin. More
