I would say that they have poor customer service. One employee in particular cuts you off when you talk. He seems to be racist. Be ware to anyone going there. Overpaid for brakes and then had to return two days later because the brake shim was loose. I drive with kids and long distances. Unsafe and a bad human error! Check your staff!!
