I brought my car in because something inside the driver's seat back would make a clacking sound when I came to a stop or turned at low speeds. The first time I brought it in, the technician was unable to fix the problem, so I set up another appointment. When making that second appointment, I made it clear that I had been told by the service department that the car would need to be left for the entire day. I called the service department the day prior to my appointment and asked the person who answered the phone to confirm that everything was all set to go. He said yes, but when I arrived the next day, I was told by the service manager that they didn't have the time that day to diagnose the and fix the problem. I rescheduled and they were finally able to get rid of the noise. Good job ultimately fixing the problem, but not at all a good job setting up the appointments. More

Disappointed in this dealership. Spent almost $40000 on a certified used vehicle. Had a dented piece of chrome on the passenger side front window. The Dealership is now saying that I can pay to have the part replaced using the sales persons employee discount. All you need to do is replace the broken part. Do the right thing. $40000 is not an insignificant sum of money. More
