My car was in the service department for four days after having a complete electrical failure. The battery tested bad. I told them something must have caused that to happen because I was not having any batt having a complete electrical failure. The battery tested bad. After assuring me that it was nothing but the battery, 15.9 miles later it broke down again. No where did anyone notice that my alternator was covered with oil and shorting out. Since I told them the only warning that there was a problem was the night before the lights were dimming while driving. More

They kept tryna pressures me into buying a vehicle when I kept trying to explain that I wanted time to make sure that t was my best option I honestly don't know if they though that because j was a female k wouldn't be smart enough to see when im been ripped off bit they was wrong so with that been said after the long experience I had with them I will not be car hunting for a couple of month instead I will be getting my current vehicle fixed. This was the most pleasant experience my husband and I have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in the door, the salesmen were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly didn't pressu have ever experienced. Dave was very friendly and helpful, even though I initially told him I was there only to check on a specific color of a Hyundai Sonata in person. He not only showed me the car in the color I wanted initially told him I was there only to check on a specific color of a Hyundai Sonata in person. He not only showed me the car in the color I wanted to see, but when I didn't like it, he asked what I was looking for, walked me around the dealership to see what was on site, and then did an internet search for the vehicle I was looking for (2011 Sonata Limited in Indigo Blue with no Turbo and no navigation system). While he was searching, he sent Dale over to be of whatever assistance I needed; he offered to walk me through all the details about the Sonata. When Dave came back and said no luck iwith the Indigo Blue, I asked to look at the other car in the Iridescent Silver Blue once more. Dave was very patient and brought me out to the car again. While looking at this car, I noticed a Turbo version in the Indigo Blue nearby. Dave told me about the turbo, offered to let me take a test drive, so I did; Dale came with me and told me more about the car. I liked the car, and Dave offered me a good price, very competitive with the price another dealer had offered, with the added bonus of the car being right there on the lot and availble. I felt no pressure about buying anything, even though I was taking a bunch of Dave's time, he never gave me the impresssion that I could be wasting his time (it was a very busy Satud=rday). Jimmy Lane was most helpful and pleasant when we discussed financing. When I picked up the car the next day, with some of my family with me, Dave was courteous and engaging. My 8 year old nephew was with me, and several members of the dealership team helped keep him busy while I finished up on the paperwork. Tony Roma came over and made sure everything was going fine and that I was happy with the deal. He also was very engaging with my family. Dave then walked me through the owner's manual, the maintenance schedule, etc. etc. Several days later, when I returned to pick up the new registration and to get a sticker for the car, Dave, Dale and Jimmy were once again friendly and helpful. Most just sent continuous emails with a lot of nothing. They just kept telling me WHY I SHOULD BUY FROM THEM. Well if I am not given a price when I asked I could NOT buy from them and I refuse to play the "come in and we will talk" game. As with most people, time is limited for me and I really don't have the time to sit at a dealership for hours trying to get a price to buy a car. Rte 44 Hyundai scored big with me for providing a fair price up front. The car my daughter wanted was not in stock and we were told it would be available with in a couple of weeks and if we wanted it we needed to put a deposit. After getting all pricing deatailed in an email, as I requested, I put a $500 deposit and waited. Just as Hyundai Dave had promised, 10 days later the car was there and ready to be picked up. We went in and did paperwork. Dave went over everything with us and if it were not for my insurance company being closed (Good Friday) we could have taken the car that day. Tony introduced himself and promised he, too, would be availble if any issues arose. I found all my interaction online/in person/and by phone to be very honest and friendly. Do contact Hyundai Dave if you are serious about getting a great price on a great vehicle. My daughter is thrilled with her 2011 Elantra Limited /Navigation in Indigo Blue. She got exactly what she wanted in a timely manner. That is very much appreciated and that is why I would recommed Rte 44 Hyundai and Dave/Marissa/Tony!! Thanks guys for all your help! More
I had been looking for my first car recently, when I stumbled on the Route 44 Hyundai website by chance. They seemed to have good prices on their cars, and I was really interested in a 2005 Hyundai Acce stumbled on the Route 44 Hyundai website by chance. They seemed to have good prices on their cars, and I was really interested in a 2005 Hyundai Accent that they had listed on their website for $8,995. I went to look and test drive cars the next weekend, and I found a 2008 Pontiac G5 that I liked as well. Bill was really nice-he took down the numbers and did his best to make us feel welcome, because I think he got that it was my first car and it was a big deal. When we went inside to check prices on the Hyundai and the Pontiac, I was blown away. They had snuck another thousand dollars into the price on the Hyundai and the Pontiac was much more expensive than it was worth. We made an offer anyway, and Bill went up to try to get the price down. He came back to talk to my father with another tall, bald salesman with a beard while my mother and I went out to get a drink from the car. When we came back in, they had the Pontiac at a number that was still far too much and the Hyundai at price beyond what it was worth. When we said that we would go look at other places and come back if we couldn't find a better offer, the other guy became very agitated. He started screaming at us about how we would never find a better deal and I felt like I was breaking up with a boyfriend rather than turning down an offer on a car. He was extremely disrespectful to my mother and father, and even if they called back and offered me the Pontiac for $2,000 I wouldn't go back. They're sneaky, manipulative, and rude. If you do go here to buy a car, make sure you print the prices off of the website. I ended up going down to Courtesy Kia in South Attleboro, where they were more than accommodating. I bought a similar car for 4,000 less than the Hyundai had been. I will NEVER go back to this Hyundai dealer, and I wouldn't send any one here. More
OMG! best buying experience EVER!!! the salepeople were awesome! Bill was great! Tony was great! this was dealership #2 that i went too...and it was over an hour away. the one closer to my house was sma awesome! Bill was great! Tony was great! this was dealership #2 that i went too...and it was over an hour away. the one closer to my house was small, no one was there looking at vehicles, the lot had no vehicles to really chose from, and the saleperson couldn't really answer my questions on vehicles they sold!! i was told to go online to see the differences between the vehicles! and when i asked for a specific color (iris blue) i was told it wasn't a good seller and it would take awhile to find one. So i went to RT 44 Hyundai and the place was mobbed! good sign. the lot was loaded w/ vehicles to chose from and the salespeople were awesome! i test drove a new 2011 TUSCON IN THE COLOR I WANTED (there were at least 3 of that color on the lot!!) i did go into it knowing what my tradein was worth ( an 06 tuscon) and i didn't even need to hassle with what i wanted for a trade in allowance! they offered me $200 less than what it was worth, but it had 109000 miles on it so i think it was an AWESOME deal. they gave me an "end of month" deal and "owner loyalty" credit!!! they looked around for an interest rate that was way lower than what i was paying too. oh ya, and they paid off 2 years that i still had left on my old loan. I was able to drive the vehicle off the lot that day! oh ya, and the kicker? for peanuts more a month they threw in a sun roof and heated seats, because my old car had them and i didn't want to give them up. They are so friendly and nice there. i also had to deal w/ the service dept when i had the sunroof and heated seats put in, and they were just as nice! they had a rental ready for me to use while my car was getting the work done. when i picked up the car the next day, Patty from the service dept walked outside with me to make sure i knew how to operate the new additions. when i noticed glue on the seats (sunroof was done by an outside vendor, not hyundai) patty drove it down to the detail department and had them remove the glue. after a little elbow grease it came off, but patty was right there saying if they don't remove it we'll get you a new seat (compliments of the glass company). but all worked out, my car is new, the sunroof is awesome, just wish summer would get here so i can use it more!! Definitley will go back in 4 years to trade in this one and start all over again! it's worth the drive! BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!! THANKS RUDY!!! More
I recently purchased my very first brand new car from this dealership. I was nervous about committing to a new loan and wasn't really sure if I could really afford the 2011 Elantra I had my eyes on. I did have a malibu that I was still making payments on, and heard that dealerships will try to give you nothing for your trade. Well, dealing with rte.44 was a very seamless experience. I was expecting the typical haggling of the price back and forth back and forth... but I felt that what I was offered was definetly fair. They were able to pay off my loan, and then some ... with the trade I had which was more than I expected. My monthly payments are right where I wanted them to be and no more so it was really something I could not turn down. My intrest rate is ridiculously low compared to the current loan I was paying on. Later that evening I was surprised that they let me take the car home the very same day. It took me awhile to even realize that YES this is MY NEW CAR. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service. I worked with Bill who was friendly right from the start and didn't give me that creepy car salesman pressure I have felt so many times before. He actually made me feel like an equal human being and didn't try to get me int he most expensive car on the lot. They have even contacted me since the purchase just to make sure everything is going smoothly.... and it is. More
I was searching for a used SUV this past winter since I drove a small 2-door coupe that was AWFUL in the snow. I went to Courtesy Hyundai in EP & the were trying to get me into brand new vehicles that were thousands over my price range. They wouldn't let me leave & kept pulling on my arm back inside the store. Being a young female, I felt very uncomfortable there. I headed to Rt 44 Hyundai and it was a whole new experience. As soon as I walked in, Bill was right there, walking me around the lot, asking me the important questions about what I was looking for. We actually found out that I could get a better SUV for less money that I was paying for my loan at the time. He walked me through the entire process, the dealership even stayed open an hour after they had closed to seal the deal with me, making me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I was online on my phone checking prices, they offered me $1500 more than anyone else on my trade and I am so very happy with my new Santa Fe. The best car & dealership I have dealt with and this is my 5th vehicle. Bill checked in on me, wrote me a thank you letter after my purchase & walked me through all the 'bells & whistles' on the new car. I am very pleased, not only with the salesman, but the dealership as a whole. Thank you for making my dream car a reality. More
