From the moment we walked in, we felt it was a sleazy dealership...even the inappropriate headbanging music blasting through the car lot. Not only did the sales man turn his back on me, and only talk to dealership...even the inappropriate headbanging music blasting through the car lot. Not only did the sales man turn his back on me, and only talk to my husband, he forced us inside to do paperwork JUST to test drive the vehicle. They started their typical sales tactics "how much do you want to spend" "do you have a trade" "give me your phone number, address, email" "what would we have to do to send you home with a new car today" AND WE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE CAR YET! When I refused to give any information, he took his sweet time to get the manager. When the manager came over he was equally as rude. When I exclaimed to him "we have been here for 15 minutes and still are not test driving the vehicle we came to drive" he stated "well, you can leave if you like" So that is exactly what we did, but making sure they tore up the paper work with our information on it first. Watch your back, these guys are professional sleazeballs, and we did not even buy from them...nor would we ever. These are the kind of guys that give car dealers a bad name. You have lost our potential business for good. We went down the highway and bought a Hyundai from a competitor the very same day. Your loss route 44, maybe you will think about changing your ways, management and team. Your company needs a MAJOR re haul. More
This is Moj from Burlington, ma. I saw elantra 2012 in the hyundai website. Because i have a 3 yrs old kid i would like to buy a car with funny and comfort driving and good stuffs so i chose elantra limit the hyundai website. Because i have a 3 yrs old kid i would like to buy a car with funny and comfort driving and good stuffs so i chose elantra limited. i searched everywhere near burlington : Mirak, Herb chambers, and so on but unfortunately they were in a shortage of this car so i went to rout 44 hyundai company and purchased a nice blue limited one with the nav. it was really a good deal. but when i wanted my car to be delivered they told me that some one!!! had an accident with it! i asked em how a preson could drive with e sold car?!!!! i wasreally sad and i wanted em to return my money. But what wasreally happened overthere? First I would like you to know got my money back from rout 44 raynham ma and bought a Sonata from Bernadi Hyunday Brockton because despite of everything i was and still am interested in Hyundai. BUT i am disappointed with that dealership rout 44. They hurt me, they hurt me badly. yesterday 7th of july i went there. There were no sign of our saleman that i don't want t mention his name here but one of his colleagues did the return money stuff for us. Me and my husband told him that we don't believe the whole story - i mean the crash of car prior delivery - and we asked for the manager. He told us that he wanted to be honest and acturally there were no such crash!!! and the wrost thing was that: i saw the car elantra 2012 outside of the office!!! the only blue they had that its paper was and still is in my bag! with a person sitting inside. I am a General Physician so i can't be a stupid person to survive in my major here in the us. When you trust a company dealership office it meansyou trust the company itself. If they have 2 or 3 dealerships same as route 44 i ams sorry to say these words but they are finished in the us. you can't imagine my feelings after hearing such things. They cheated on me for what? more money i think. i wished i had lots of time to spend at court beacause i've got all of car paper here with me but i don't. i have to study hard for my USMLE exams. but i know some one will have this plenty of time for them if they try to do such again. The least thing i can do is to go to the famous "car advice sites" an let the people know about rout 44 dealership to prevent what has happened for me. Fortunately the other dealership Bernadi was Great place, had nice people. It was on our way back to home. still far but a nice place to buy a car. I didn't know if i could afford the price of sonata but when they saw me so sad - i was gonna cry ! believe or not - they did everything to make me happy and i appreciate that . i really liked to have an elantra but i am now happy with my sonata too. From the time I first walked into the dealership to the day I finally signed my lease for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata (which took me nearly a month to do) the team at Route 44 Hyundai was professional, courteous day I finally signed my lease for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata (which took me nearly a month to do) the team at Route 44 Hyundai was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. As difficult a customer as I proved to be throughout my car-leasing experience, the Route 44 Hyundai team, especially Dale, continued to be patient and professional, promptly responding to and fulfilling my requests for leasing information for the various trim levels of the Sonata. I shopped around everywhere, and I came back to Route 44 Hyundai, because they had the best price, and their customer service was much better (by a long shot) than that of any other dealership I had contact with. The fact that Dale came into work on his day off to take care of the lease paperwork for me elevated him to another level in my opinion. From beginning to end, Dale did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Route 44 Hyundai to anyone in the market for a car. I would like to thank Damian, Tony, and the whole Route 44 Hyundai team, and especially Dale for their professionalism and top-notch service. Thanks guys! More

Don't usually write reviews but I have to say this is the worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Very dishonest and they get nasty if they don't get their way. worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Very dishonest and they get nasty if they don't get their way. More
I would never send anyone to this dealership. The salesmen who sold me this car said they stand by their cars which was a lie because after I purchased the car I was their every week after wards beca salesmen who sold me this car said they stand by their cars which was a lie because after I purchased the car I was their every week after wards because they did not want to fix my brakes right the first time they swore they were brand new so they kept resurfacing them because they were to cheap to fix them properly. And whenever I went to the service department or called for a general question I never got any help and they were always very rude. Also when I filled out the paper work I was told I was getting a free 3year warranty with the vehicle but after getting all the paper work it was really a 1600 warranty not free. So this I why I would never refer anyone here or will I ever even think of purchasing a vehicle here again. More
I recently took a ride to Rt 44 Hyundai and I have to say it was a very pleasant car buying experience! What I thought would be stressful and long, was quick and easy! *BEWARE) of these guys. They pulled *every* used-car sales trick in the book and deceptive business practices: -False Advertising (fake prices. In reality they were all $1,500 above the advertised sales trick in the book and deceptive business practices: -False Advertising (fake prices. In reality they were all $1,500 above the advertised prices. The manager's answer: "We don't do the advertising. Another company does that for us. I don't like it either." -Bait & Switch tactics (("Oh, those cars all sold. We sell 300 cars a week!") Yeah, in less than a day you sold 8 of the cars you quoted me on the phone yesterday....and on a Thursday night, no less. -Refusing to tell me exactly what they had in stock & for how much -Refusing to let us walk around the lot and at least see the cars -Evasive Tactics (stalling, changing the subject, disappearing for a LONG time to try and "look up their inventory on the computer" which was of course somewhere "in the back." And still coming out with absolutely no information or list. The the manager tried to engage my girlfriend in a "Have i met you before?" chit-chat in the MIDDLE of quoting me the prices I had just waited 15 minutes for. And wouldn't drop it when she said no. Here's the exact sequence of events: I had already spoken via phone with a young woman named Marissa THREE times yesterday afternoon to make sure i knew what they had before I went there. I carefully wrote down the cars she quoted me. None were on their website (which should have been a flag right there, but she assured me that they did have the cars and she was "looking at them" in ther computer, and that the reason they were not on the website was because "someone else does our website".) I bought it. When my friend and i arrived at the dealership and asked to see Marissa, they physically blocked us from going into the back where she was, and wouldn't let us look at the lot either! They made us sit down with some big salesman. I immediately told him exactly whatI was there for, and that I had cash in hand and was ready to buy. He was vague, looked furtive a lot, and kept stalling on giving me a straight asnwer, as well as trying to talk me into a more expensive car than the ones i had written down. A lot of vague answers about whether those cars were available. His evasiveness was starting to upset me so I told him i wanted to talk to Marissa as I'd be more comfortable. They made sure i never spoke to her. They told me she was "with someone" and couldn't come talk with me. When no one was looking, I looked in her office and she was not with anyone... Soon i understood why they hide her. Never once did she mention in the 3 phone calls we had, hat the prices in their ad were all $1,500 under the actual price. They quote you these low prices and once you're sitting down they give you the bad news. When i asked for a simple printout of their inventory, the manager feigned ignorance telling me that even he couldn't get a printout of their available cars. Riiiight. And when i asked once again to just let us walk around the lot and see what they DID have, he said they had too many cars for that. It's places like THIS that have given used-car dealers a nasty name. I am reporting them to the BBB and posting this review everywhere. Nobody should have to go through what I went though today. More
