I had a very bad experience at this dealership. First of all the building itself is very shady, there are too many sales people for the size of the lot. A gentleman that was there left unhappy, and the sale all the building itself is very shady, there are too many sales people for the size of the lot. I hate when a dealer says they gave you a huge deal, and then when you are not satisfied come down 100 dollars a month. More

Having researched Hyundai Genesis Coupe for a year I was educated. I went in and felt comfortable right away. I was actually impressed at how many people were shopping inside. My experience was excellent at Route 44 Hyundai. I traded in my Toyota Sienna and purchased a new 2011 Tuscon. Alex in sales was great. My 5 year old daughter was with me and he tried to move the tr traded in my Toyota Sienna and purchased a new 2011 Tuscon. Alex in sales was great. Alex went over every aspect of the car which was very helpful with the technology the Tuscon has. Everyone was very responsive and made sure every question I had was answered. It had been awhile since I have been to a dealership that truly took care of all the details and made the process as simple as possible. I went in this evening to pick up my registration and the service department took care of the inspection right there in about 15 minutes. My oldest daughter had just recently purchased an Elantra had also a great experience. I love my new Tuscon and would absolutely go back. More

My brother bought a car from them a couple of months ago and suggested I go to them. I decided to go somewhere closer to my house. BIG MISTAKE! After spending hours with this "other" dealer I decided to email Marissa at Rt 44 Hyundai. After a series of friendly emails I decided to pay them a visit. I am so glad I did. I worked with Wade once I was there and he was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Not your typical "car salesman". I never told them the previous price I got for a 2011 Elantra. They gave me a better price and it was for a 2012! Needless to say, I purchased the car. They explained the only problem was that the color I wanted was hard to get and they did not expect it in for 3-4 weeks. (I figured if I got the car in August I would be lucky.) I told them I was not in a a rush and would wait. Four days later Wade called me to say my car would be in the following week. I really did not believe that. Then, two days later he called and the car was ready to be picked up. I was shocked! From the time I saw Wade until I received the car only 9 days had passed. Big difference from the original 3-4 week wait. When I went in to pick up my car everything was explained to me thoroughly. It was a bit busy and I had to wait a little to get into financing but Wade was showing me my new car and we were getting everything prepared for me to drive away. After meeting with finance for a quick 10 minutes the sales manager came over to see how my experience was and then I was off. I loved going to Rt 44 and would highly suggest it to others. I felt no pressure from anyone from the beginning to the end of my transaction. Not only no pressure, but everyone was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Rt 44 Hyundai exceeded my expectations.
