They were nice at the start. Then they start pressuring you to buy. We tried leaving and they wouldn't give the trade-in car's keys back and they got nasty and rude. We leave a deposit. When we come back, it wasn't the car we agreed upon and the APR was higher and even the monthly payment went up. don't trust this dealership. Bunch of liars! More

Dealing with Syed made my car-buying experience a lot easier than what I anticipated. I had gone to Route 44 Hyundai to purchase a used vehicle and then I met Tony Roma! He was fabulous!! I would rate him with all 20's if I could. I had been to several other dealerships before I came here and and then I met Tony Roma! He was fabulous!! I would rate him with all 20's if I could. I had been to several other dealerships before I came here and I am so glad that I did. I didnKt think for one minute that I could afford a new vehicle and Tony worked really hard to make that happen for me. I never felt pressured or that he was just looking to meet a sales quota. He really cared that I got the best vehicle and that it was in my price range. I would tell anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go down and see Tony. They really took care of everything! I didn't have to go to the registry, call my insurance company or go somewhere else to get an inspection sticker. They even gave me a full tank of gas when I went back to pick up my registration. I am a customer for life!! More

I came to this dealership from a mailing that i got and i needed a new car badly.I walked into the dealership by my self feeling very nervous and not sure what to expect. I was greeted by a smiling and very friendly man by the name of Syed. We sat at his desk and i started the process with him really not knowing what to expect. Well let me tell you. Not only did syed make me feel very comfortable he took me step by step through what is generally a stressfull time in ones life and totally turned my experience into one that was better than i could have hoped for.
