This was the fourth dealership I had visited to purchase a new Hyundai vehicle. I had been bullied and treated with disrespect at the other dealerships. When I went to Route 44 Hyundai, not only was I treated with the utmost respect, but the salesperson, manager, and finance person were all very patient, personable, and friendly. They were more knowledgeable about the trims and options for the vehicle I was interested in and they had the exact car I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I walked into Route 44 after already visiting 3 other Hyundai Dealerships which did not have the car I was looking for. Rather then try to help me find the car I was looking for all three of them tried t Hyundai Dealerships which did not have the car I was looking for. Rather then try to help me find the car I was looking for all three of them tried to get me to buy a car I was not interested in. I specifically wanted a Blue Genesis Coupe, and that's all I wanted. Bill Rudolf was the first person who actually took the time to look and find me the car that I was interested in. It turned out that there was only one and it was all the way in Pennsylvania. The team at the dealership was great and called Pennsylvania to see if the other dealership would do a car swap and it worked out in my favor. My car was delivered to me spotless, and ready to go only a few days later, and at a great price. It was much cheaper then what the other dealerships were trying to get me to pay, and they threw in all the extras that I wanted. I appreciate Bill Rudolf being the only person who actually got me what I was looking for, and I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Hyundai at a great price, and not looking to be hassled by car salesmen. We went to several Hyundai dealers. all of the prices that we got was very competitive but we were not settled on purchasing a new vehicle just yet. It was getting late on this specific Sunday and after spending all day going to various dealership we were heading back home to Smithfield RI when my wife recalled a Hyundai dealership in Raynham MA. It was now 4:50 PM and we were already on route 195 (about 30 minutes away) from Raynham. We decided to call and see what time they were open till. When I called a pleasant women answered the phone and said that they close at 5 but if we were on our way down they would have someone stay to help us. Well let me tell you something after dealing with several car salesmen and now knowing the routine I was expecting the same old pitch. However this is not what we encountered. Before I go on let me just give you a little history. My wife and i have purchased several ( yes) several new cars with in the last 20 years. the most recent purchase was 2 brand new 2009 toyotas. (2 years ago) This new car was to replace one of our son's vehicle. When we arrived at route 44 Hyundai we were greeted by AKA Hyundai Dave (David Esker) Dave's personality his genuine care for people and after a couple of minutes talking to him he knew specially what I was looking for. Again we have purchased many vehicle and with every purchase, we viewed it as a business deal and nothing more and when leaving it was always in the back of my mind who got the upper hand was I taken or did I squeeze the dealer. I have to say this is the first time that I have ever left a dealership feeling that I purchase what I wanted and I couldn't have been made to feel more like it was a partnership. I have to complement the entire staff they were incredible, from the financing officer who stayed around two hours after closing to insure that the paper work was in order to Alex who helped set up my phone and gps guidance system etc. to the Manager who greeted me and expressed his sincere appreciation for my business. PS It wasn't the car or the price of the car that closed the deal but it was the care and service that I received from David Esker and his team. I think Hyundai is very lucky to have a person like Dave and his entire team. We have purchased, Ford, Chevy, GMC, Chrysler, Jeep, and this is the second Hyundai that I have purchased and is my best buy thus far AND WILL RETURN WHEN MY OTHER SONS IS READY FOR HIS CAR. More

Our experience at Route 44 Hyundai was great. We went there because we were determinded to get a new Hyundai to fit our budget. Karim told us he would do everything he could to get us the car we wanted there because we were determinded to get a new Hyundai to fit our budget. He was a pleasure to work with and did what he could to make us feel comfortable and happy with our purchase. Everyone else we had to deal with there was also very helpful.
