MY WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP!! I transfered plates from 1 lease to a new lease and was told my registration wasn t ready after 7 days. I kept calling and got nowhere. I left a message for the salesman and he told me he tried to call me but was calling an old phone # that I haven t had for so many years. I said my number is on the paperwork and I left my number with the woman who answered. Then in early April I asked for a manager to find out about my registration and he said it was ready. I got there to find out it had been done on March 30th but not according to them. I asked them to check my tire due to a clicking noise I heard and she said the guy drove it and didn t hear it. I said so he didn t check? She said no. Then I got a call that my plates were expired as of April. I called and spoke to a manager and asked why they wouldn t tell me I had to renew the registration that they gave me a month earlier. He said to come in and he would do what he could to fix the prob. Went all the way there for him to tell me he couldn t do anything and he got aggravated, handed me my papers and walked away. I tried to explain that to renew online it said if it s a lease it should come from the lease company. Then I realized I should ve got a bill too so I called up the hyundai # that handles that and they said they didn t have my full address and that s why I never got it. Again, it was all there on the paperwork, they just failed to put it in the computer correctly. I haven t met 1 person there who did their job right or wanted to help rectify anything. Also my car came with bluelink that never got set up and they never bothered to explain how it worked or anything. And had to go out of my way to get my own gas with a voucher they gave me that they usually put in for you at every other dealership I dealt with. WORSE PLACE EVER! I wouldn t send my enemy there!! More
My experience was pleasant and the staff very hrlpful lon my behalf. As a rule i do not enjoy car sales folks. I must say Karim. Tony and Jim went well above my customer service expectations. Just found out my 2012 Sonata with 7k miles needs a new transmission....Hyandai sure makes a good car! They told me on a Friday and said I needed to bring the car back on Monday because they had no loaner transmission....Hyandai sure makes a good car! I am getting the car fixed and trading it for something other than a Hyandai. I have 2 other Hyandai, but I guess my luck ran out this time. Remember, you get what you pay for! More
Karim was very professional, courteous and more importantly NOT PUSHY. He stated his position, I gave mine and we came to a mutually beneficial agreement. I could not ask for more. What is with the adjusted market value xx??? These are hyundais not Porsches. Those should not be on any car. It's a tactic to leverage a higher negotiation start price. While researching the Hyundai Elantra Touring car on line, I found a vehicle that interested me at Route44 Hyundai. I emailed some questions. Marissa responded promptly with the information I was look line, I found a vehicle that interested me at Route44 Hyundai. I emailed some questions. Marissa responded promptly with the information I was looking for and the next day, Bret the manager called to make sure all of my questions were answered. I visited Route44 Hyundai during their President’s Day specials to check out styles and prices. Because of Karim, my terrific sales person, I decided to purchase a new vehicle. Karim was courteous, helpful, listened well, and gave me easy to understand explanations. From determining which model I liked best, to walking me through all of the car’s features, to the Test drive, to the negotiation—where I appreciated his full disclosure, and finally to processing the sale, he was outstanding. He was fair, and never pressured me—in fact he was very patient. Karim is part of a truly customer focused team. I spoke with the hospitality host (yes, they have one), and met the Cashiers, the Service folks, and the Finance manager Rob, who helped me get a lower than I expected interest rate. Before I left the dealership with my beautiful new car, Derek, the General Sales Manager, made it a point to meet me and thank me for my business. The exceptional level of service I received has made me a fan! I will definitely recommend Route44 Hyundai and Karim to family and friends. More

Two weeks ago I bought a new 2012 Sonata SE and have been extremely satisfied so far. I also had a great experience with Route 44 Hyundai. Karim was very helpful and easy to talk to. His friendly and relaxed personality made the negotiation process effortless and I feel confident with my purchase, that I left with a great value. Route 44 also made my life much easier by sending an employee (Richard) to retrieve there lender dealer plate after returning to my house on Cape Cod with my new car and old car. Then once again when my registration had arrived, they sent Richard to drop it off at my work so I would not have to go out of my way to pick it up. All together I had an exceptional experience and I plan on coming back for future vehicles. More

I would not recommend rt44 to anyone dreux was far from professional borderline jerk...
