The salesman who assisted me with my car selection was Charles M. He really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new auto. I had never bought a hyundai before and Charles helped me to learn all about them from both his knowledge with them as well as his personal experience with his own hyundai. This made me assured with my purchace. Jim L. and the finance team did a terriffic job with getting me a great loan. I will surely reccomend this dealer to others looking for a place with great value and exceptional service!! More
I made the drive to rt 44 to test drive the '12 veloster after doing a lot of online research into what car I wanted. I went in there and was up front and told Hyundai Dave I wasn't looking to buy a car but just wanted to test drive this particular one. He obliged and I liked the car. I naturally had picked out a rare color (vitamin c), with the style package, in a manual--so they had to ship it from overseas. It took about 2 weeks to come in but was well worth the wait. Dave was never pushy with the sales and at the end of the day I was quite satisfied with the deal on the table so I ended up buying the car despite my initial statement to the contrary. I'd recommend visiting Hyundai Dave @ Rt. 44 for those seeking a new car purchase without all the headache-inducing negotiations. More

After presenting the dealership with a situation that other dealerships would not touch, Rt. 44 Hyundai surpassed my expectations and got the deal done! I will not say that everything was 100% smooth, and after a discussion was had about obtaining a certain payment per month and how it "was not a problem", the final result ended up being a compromise on both ends. The only other thing that I could say was an issue was the Accent 5 door hatchback was not in stock. In fact, there were NO Accents in stock when I was there. This brand of cars is outselling production 3 to 1 and for that alone, I will give the dealer a pass. However, they did try to sell me a 4 door sedan that was almost in excess of $3000 more than I had budgeted for spending AND it did not get the gas mileage that I was specifically looking for. I told them that I was not there to buy that model and I wanted what I had looked at, researched and decided upon before-hand. In the end, the dealer found a vehicle for me that was not on the lot but was in transit and I will be picking up "any day now". I will say that the dealership did everything that they could to make this a comfortable fit for me and my salesperson, Alex, was exceptional! He was well prepared, not pushy and respectful which I feel other car dealers lack in their sales department. Alex was phenomenal! Can't say enough about him. It's always the finance guys I dont like but even these finance guys weren't terrible. Overall, a good experience. More

I went to Rte 44 Hyundai looking to test drive and buy a new car. I spent more time in the showroom sitting/standing/walking around waiting for Ronnie to talk to 5 other salesmen around a computer than I di new car. At one point Ronnie offered to bring in a car for me to test drive if I put down a $500.00 deposit! I quickly laughed and said that was out of the question. I could go to another dealership and test drive for free. Once I said that, he went back to "talk" to the man behind the computer. He came back and said he could have a genesis for me to test drive the next day- for free. (Imagine that!:) ) And that he would give me a call. I'm still waiting for that call! It's been 3 weeks. In the meantime I went to Bernadi in Brockton, where Ronnie vehemently told me not to go near, and bought a 2013 Elantra. I will never step foot in Rte 44 Hyundai again! More

Very bad service from mr.carroll would not recommend him to anyone.. Gave me the run around with everything had to call the dealership many times to get info on my trade and when my new car would be ready t to anyone.. Thought rt 44 had standards on who they have working for them ? This guy clearly doesn't make an effort to not even go above and beyond but he can't even do the basics in customer service. Get the chip off your shoulder mr. Carroll I will never return to this dealership for future purchases.. More
