Amazing words because it isnt what one would coralate with purchasing a new car. My sales representaive asked what I was looking for and let me tell him what I wanted instead of pushing me into something I didn't need. Charles was most attentive to what key points I wanted in my car and showed all the benefits to my choice. I am now the very proud owner of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I had been to two other Hyundai dealerships prior to going to Route 44 Hyundai. At these other dealerships the sales staff were nice however I was not impressed with the management. I then decided to do an internet search for a specific car and color. The staff at Route 44 called me within 20 minutes verified the information I entered in my search. Said they had what I was looking for. I made a date and time to visit the staff had the vehicle waiting out front for me. When they heard the bad experiences I had at the previous dealers the went out of their way to assure me of a good experience. It took 3 visits and a lot of work on the staffs part but I left with the car in the color I wanted. The staff kept their promise to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. More
