The sales rep, John Whitehead, that took care of me, was very professional and personable. He was also knowlegable and very accommodating. He was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated that. Brett took good care of me as well in getting me my car loan and explaining all my options. I appreciated not being pressured into anything I didn't want. I went to RT44 hyundai because I was looking for a specific car and was told by Brett in the internet department that good news they had the car. I was thrilled because even though I live over an hour away they had exactly what I wanted. When I arrived a salesman named Druex approached even though he was on his cell phone. He held up his finger as if to say wait a minute while he finished his call. To make things worse his call seemed to be an argument with someone and when he hung up he carried that anger in his attitude with me. I asked him to see the car and speak with Brett. He told me Brett wasn't available and to wait a minute while he found the car. After about ten minutes I noticed him wondering around out back yelling at someone on his phone again. When he finally came back he told me the car had just been sold but they had other cars available. Of course none of these cars where the one I had come so far to see. When I told him I only wanted that specific car he gave me an attitude and handed me his business card. He asked for my info and told he would call me if the car I wanted came in. Obviously this Brett lied to me just to get me to come in and Druex was by far the most unprofessional salesman I have ever encountered. So I drove over an hour to sit in a parking for 30 minutes and instead of leaving with a new car I left with a business card. Don't go to this dealership unless you want to be lied to. More

I visited 3 dealers yesterday, two of which were Kias. Hyundai RT44 was a good fit for me. Charles was an honest and friendly dealer who worked with me to get the car that fit me. The price of the car may have been higher than I was looking for initially but the mileage/gas economy and safety features were better than what I had seen at the other dealerships. All in all, service was great and the salesman was honest when it came to what their dealership could offer. I didn't feel pressured to buy on the spot although I did finance the vehicle after testing the two vehicles I was presented with. More

Had my 2007 Santa Fe in for a PODS recall on 10/19/12. Greeting was great in the car but inside by Joe was as if I wasn't there. No interaction whatsoever. I said I'd wait for the repairs. I went home to check my records to find it had been done less than 3 months and 4,000 miles previously. How can a dealer who tries to upsel like this be trusted? Not by me! More

Mr Mervilus was able to answer all our questions and convinced us to take the car that seemed to appeal to us most a 2013 Santa Fe Sport, for a trial drive. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the smoothness and stability of the ride and knew that this was the car. It it had not been for the respectful, informative and courteous reception of Mr. Mervilus we might not have tried and purchased this car at this particular time. Thank you. More
