Recently my husband and I leased a 2013 Sonata. The managers and sales help couldn't have been more polite or helpful. Horrible Experience. Car died and needed to get a new one immediately, it was at 5:30pm. After feeling pressured, with no breathing room, and offers to lower an extremely expensive used car, I finally gave i immediately, it was at 5:30pm. After feeling pressured, with no breathing room, and offers to lower an extremely expensive used car, I finally gave in at 8:30pm. It was a 2012 Ford Focus with 40k miles... Even the bank felt I was paying too much and dropped my payments down 10 dollars a month. The next day, after finding out how much my insurance was raised, I tried calling to stop the process, but I kept being brought to voice-mail, at the end of the day I went there to try to cancel. After standing around like a fool waiting for the employee to finish with another customer he came to me for a minute where I told him I am not going to be able to afford the car. He immediately saw his customer and told me he would be right back. Half an hour later he runs past me saying one minute, I see him jump into the car I agreed to the night before and go around the building where less than 10 minutes later he was handing me the plates and registration saying everything is all set, I told him I can't afford the car, but he said its all done they can't take it back. I couldn't take the car right now, said I was going to be back in an hour and when I did the employee took his lunch break (1/2 an hour before closing mind you). The only positive experience is after noticing the gas tank was empty they gave a gas voucher to fill it down the road. After a couple weeks noticed the transmission acting up and brought it in to get it looked at, the tech originally agreed that there was a problem, but the "manager" test drove it and said nothing is wrong, thus refusing to repair anything, stating to bring it to a Ford dealership. 90% of the time when I called I was brought to voice-mails, particularly to managers that weren't even working there that day. I recommend staying away from them. More

Visited Rout44 Hyundai on Monday June 24, 2013 to "look" at available cars (new or used) that I could price as a comparison to possibly a Honda Civic. While I was walking around the lot looking at used cars, a Salesman (Tony Santos) asked me if I had any questions. He was very unassuming; courteous and kind in his approach which I welcomed as I was not interested in a sales person who might dictate to me what type of car to look at. After explaining my financial position and asking to look at used Hyundai Elantra's, Tony showed me several. That same night I drove away in a 2012 Elantra that was loaded (Limited Edition) with features that I was not expecting that I could afford in any car. Tony was sincere and helpful in getting me a price that I could afford. Upon my return to the dealership to sign loan documents (with Rock), and to obtain a new sticker, I was very pleased with the service of Shannon and a woman in the Service area. I got a great deal over the internet with Brett. Dave Esker walked me through the process and test drive. Very simple, deal was done no muss no fuss.
