Worst service I my entire life!!!!!!!! We purchased a used car from them. It had a cracked windshield, so they needed a week to replace it and detail it. When we went to pick it up, their idea of detailing was to make the tires look wet and slimy. The inside was still dirty and the windshield was a cheap after market piece of glass. When we complained, the sales manager named Chris came over and was down right rude. He said we should have asked for a windshield made for the vehicle as part of the deal before signing??? How would we know they wouldn’t put on the same stock windshield the vehicle came with? When told we weren’t happy with their service, Chris said, “ well you signed the paperwork it’s your car now. I will have it towed to your house if you don’t want to take it now” Real class act! Buyer beware! They are dishonest and have no integrity in what they say/sell. More

Will not honor the agreement This dealership is not HONEST at all. The car has two worn out tires and the manager agreed to replace these two. During negotiation, I proposed for This dealership is not HONEST at all. The car has two worn out tires and the manager agreed to replace these two. During negotiation, I proposed for additional $300 to replace the other two. His response was these tires cost $200 each. The final agreement was to replace the two worn out tires with the same band like the other two. To my surprise, the two (cheap) replacements are different band and have different tread. This is a on demand 4 wheels drive vehicle. I have driven 4 wheels drive vehicle before. I know in fact infinity dealership, Toyota dealership, BJ and Town Fare Tire will not install mixed bands on a 4 wheel drive vehicles. They said it may damage the 4 wheel drive mechanism. When I complained this to anther manager by the name of Chris, he told me it is OK to mix the tires. I told him that the manager has agreed to replace with the same band. He told me he will get back to me on Monday. I wait and no one call. When I called, I was told the manager is busy and will call me back. I am still waiting for the phone call. More

Disappointed Over the course of several weeks, I spoke with multiple sales staff and managers about coming to see a used Sante Fe Sport. The car had been in the body shop for more than two weeks but after I called the dealership multiple times I was made aware when the vehicle was coming back to the lot and I was promised that I would be the first one to see the car. Hours before I was scheduled to come to see the car and take it for a test drive I received an unapologetic call stating that the car was already sold. Not an ounce of empathy was shown. More

First let me start off by saying any attempt to get a car repaired at this place is a feat within itself. I bought a certified pre owned from these crooks and its not bumper to bumper warranty like they say... I complained of a burning smell before and they replaced my fan switch not even a year ago. A month ago I received the same smell and switch problem. They refused to fix it because "it was not under warranty". I called Hyundai customer car who has even less competence then this dealer. They said my car not certified and there's nothing they can do. I had all the paperwork from the dealer but they did not accept it. So furiously I went to an independent mechanic who found the melted harness pictured below. ALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID WAS PUT A NEW SWITCH ON THE SAME BURNT HARNESS TWICE. I am FURIOUS because THIS IS A POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD. I tried to receive paperwork from the service department (his name is Joe) with the notes about the burning smell. They tell me theyll send it and not to come in and every time they never send me anything. If my car catches on fire they know I will get an attorney so they refuse to give me any paperwork. MORAL OF THE STORY DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI ESPECIALLY FROM THESE CROOKS. I NOW HAVE A FIRE HAZARD AND NO EXTENDED WARRANTY More
