Dont go to Route 44 hyundai I purchased a vehicle from route 44. Before the car was registered (which took over the 30 days they had to register the vehicle) I was already regre I purchased a vehicle from route 44. Before the car was registered (which took over the 30 days they had to register the vehicle) I was already regretting the choice of choosing Route 44 Hyundai. Every time I called I had to leave a message, no matter if it was a salesman, finance, or sales manager. I don't think I ever got a call back that I was promised. The sales process finally came to an end. I thought I could say I never had to deal with them again. But it came time to cancel my GAP insurance. Expect nothing less when I call the finance guy to help me through the process. Again more messages and empty promises. Two months later and a BBB complaint the policy is now cancelled but no check has been issued. They must be waiting for all of the new customers checks to clear. Good luck to you all if you don't read this review first. More

James was very knowledgable and informative and talked though all of my options with me. I felt that the deal was handled honestly and without any high-pressure sales tactics. As a single female, shopping alone for a vehicle, the car buying experience can be very intimidating. Working with James made an otherwise unpleasant experience very pleasant. James delivered an incredible service and a positive experience. I also had a very positive interaction with the Sales Manager, Derek Viveros.
