On Sunday, October 4, 2014, we walked in and me with Brian Downey, a Sales Consultant. He is an Excellent Salesman, and didn't "pressure us to death" to purchase a vehicle like Salesmen in other dealerships. Brian made us an offer, which was not exactly in our budget, and he spoke to his Manager, Fred Bailey, who made our vision to purchase a new Hyundai a reality! when I told them, I needed to take the evening to make our decision, they were very understanding. No Pressure! On Monday, I called Brian and sealed the deal! We had our new Hyundai on Tuesday Morning. Brian explained to us all the features of the car, and we appreciated his advice. We have already referred Rte. 44 Hyundai in Raynham, MA to everyone we encounter when searching for a new or used vehicle. I highly encourage everyone to visit this Dealership and to ask for Brian Downey. Anthony was nothing but helpful the entire time I was there. He was never pushy to get the sale. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and that helped me to make my decision to buy my new car from him. More

I quoted a price offered online for said vehicle after they tried to offer a price $4000 greater and was told to show them the offer online. I promptly did, but did not appreciate being called out and being required to show the ad. Very poor customer service. I will pay more elsewhere before I give this dealership a penney. More

He was genuine, patient,& highly knowledgeable,answering every question with confidence. He made me feel comfortable and won me over by finding me the EXACT car with all of the features that I required. Anthony was THE BEST SALESMAN I have ever dealt with. I will UNDOUBTEDLY return as a repeat customer solely because of his customer service! :) More

Trust me when I say this, I will never purchase or repair a car here. My fiancée has told me in the past that her worst regret was purchasing a car from Route 44 Hyundai but I never took her seriously and volunteered to take the car in whenever it needs service repairs. My fiancées car had a coin like noise on the passenger side and stupid me I decided to take it to the dealership. Got there and I was told the warranty on the car has expired meanwhile my fiancée purchased an extended warranty when she bought the car, I proceeded to inform the rep that we had an extended warranty. Without checking with the warranty company her first words were IT’S NOT covered. And I asked could you at least verify with the insurance company if it’s covered or not OR at least see what the problem is. Fast-forward 45 minutes later she comes by and says we found what the problem is” and per the rep it was a loose screw on the right front inner fender contacting the body of the vehicle. To cut a long story short, the warranty will not cover the cost and she proceeded to charge me $125 for labor and parts to fix a loose screw. And that I think is atrocious. $125 price tab for parts and diagnostics for a loose screw? Give me a break. Fast-forward an 1hr 30minutes later. I decided to give their customer complaint line a call. Just to give them the benefit of doubt hoping they would heir on the side of me the customer and not charge me the said fee. I was transferred to a customer service mgr. KEVIN who was apparently covering for MIKE P. First he was rude and nonchalant about my complaints. He already had a preconceived notion and did not allow me finish my sentences with every word I say, he kept saying “ yup”. I asked him would you in good faith say that the service you provided was worth 125? He proceeded to say yes and was very rude about it. Before I could finish my story he hung up on me. —Luckily I recorded the conversation between us and I would do all I can to make sure this is published somewhere. I tried calling multiple times and I was kept on hold x 15 minutes on both occasions without being transferred to anyone. Whatever you do please stay away from this folks they are crooks and I wish they abide by their slogan “ ONE CUSTOMER WELL TAKEN CARE OF COULD BE MORE VALUABLE THAN $10000 WORTH OF ADVERTISING” More
