Dear Sir, We apologize this was not resolved initially, and for the time it took. This is not a common occurrence in our dealership. We looked into this concern and here is what we were able to come up with to assist you. Our vendor previously misinformed our team that these light would work with your model. Unfortunately they are not compatible. What our general manager is willing to do is install Silvania White Bulbs or give you 100% trade-in credit for a vehicle that has factory HID Bulbs. Please call us at (508) 824-7600 and ask for our General Manager Damian, so we may resolve this issue and provide you with a much better customer experience. Best Regards, Team Route 44 Hyundai

I am happy to say that after speaking to Damian about this experience and my dissatisfaction with the whole situation ,that we were able to meet and he did the.best he could to make me happy. He was thorough with explaining the way things happened step by step. Also told me the main thjng was to have a happy customer and all he can do is fix what can be done from this point on and I can say he did go out of his way to accomodate me and try to make my situation a whole lot better, which o am happy to say he did. Once again Patricia was great in setting me up to meet Damian and as mentioned he could not have done a better job in making sure I was happy and satisfied with the work they did to take care of me . It was also gratifying to know that he said anytime I.needed anything to let him know and he made me feel like a VIP type customer and am looking forward to get my auto service done at Rt.44 Hyundai once again.
