Zero Customer Service. I bought a pre owned Jeep in August of 2014 and other than the moment when they handed me the keys I have yet to leave Rt. 44 Hyundai with a smile on I bought a pre owned Jeep in August of 2014 and other than the moment when they handed me the keys I have yet to leave Rt. 44 Hyundai with a smile on my face. Every employee I spoke to gave me the run around and bent the truth about what I was getting with my purchase, aka typical xxxxxxx sales tactics. It started with agreeing on one price with one salesman and then having to arguing with a manager about him trying to squeeze out another 500 dollars from me. The lying didn't stop with the original salesman or manager it continued with Ira who handled the finances of the sale. He sold me a warranty that he promised was going to save me money because I wouldn't have to pay for any repairs for three years but neglected to inform me it comes with some pretty hefty deductibles when a repair is necessary. I was also told my warranty information was placed in the glove box for my convenience and now that I need the info I found that no such documentation was given to me. I have been trying to get a hold of the info for two days now and have yet speak to anyone other than the operator at the front desk. All I've been able to do is leave Tony messages asking him to call me back, which he hasn't. The Service Center at Rt 44 Hyundai isn't much better than their customer service. I made two appointments to get my oil changed and both appointments I arrived on time and only left one and half hours later. During the most recent apt. my Jeep was brought back into the center and sat in the bay for approximately 20 mins while a group of employees chatted behind the desk instead of processing my paper work. I still have one free oil change but I will not subject myself to an hour and a half process that should only take 20 mins tops. Overall I would never recommend anyone buying a car from Rt 44 Hyundai regardless of how good a deal they might appear to be offering. Stay away it's not worth the headache!!! More
