John Shea and the entire team took great care of me. They were fair to deal with, attentive and treated me with respect. The experience was so good that I brought my girlfriend in the next day and she also had a great experience and got a great deal on a 2015 Sonata ECO. Highly recommended!!! More

Adjustments I went to the dealership approx 3 weeks ago on a Saturday late morning to have the check engine light problem resolved in my Santa Fe, I was told by C I went to the dealership approx 3 weeks ago on a Saturday late morning to have the check engine light problem resolved in my Santa Fe, I was told by Corey the warranty issues needed to be addressed first, then they could get to the check engine light. After a couple of hours I told him of a ring I lost up in the heating vent on the drivers side, he went to speak with the tech to let him know and checked the progress on my vehicle. He called me up to the service desk to discuss what had been found, he informed me that I was in need of front and rear brakes, an air cabin filter, and 1 other item I don't recall just now. After he explained everything I asked him to give me a minute and stepped outside to make a call. When I came back inside I told him to just do an oil change that we had discussed and no other work. When the car was finished he came to the waiting area, showed me to the cashier and was pretty much done with me. I had to inquiry about the check engine light, and the warranty work. I was told a part needed to be ordered for the transmission it would take until maybe Tuesday to come in and the repair work would take about 3 hours, then I was pretty much dismissed...he was a very pleasant young man when I first went in, very happy cheerful, easy to answer questions. Yet as soon as I said NO to the est 1000$ in extra service he completely changed. I went for a check engine light, the oil change was an after thought when he said a tech would go through the vechile. I had only planned on spending about 200$ the amount I was told the diagnostics check or whatever the thing was called would cost. Certainly not 1000$!! Not to mention when I made the appt to have the work done on the transmission my car wasn't ready until almost 6pm..... I had dropped it off at 7:45am... Where did the 3 hours go??? It seems if he desnt get his way then Mr. Nice Guy goes out the window...what happened to customer service? the customer is always right? I may not have been right in refusing the work on the brakes but I know what I can afford. He should probably brush up on the repair manuals also, there is a big difference between 3 hours, "we can have your vehicle to you around lunch time" and over 9 hours, "I don't know who told you 3 hours but you'll be lucky if its ready at 6pm." The other folks I came in contact there were great, this young man needs an attitude adjustment. Sorry, but true. More
